Be aware! There is no money back guarantee! I bought the ‘Strong Marriage Now’ program and then bought ‘What to do when Spouse Wants Out’ since my husband was checked. I did pay for and receive a private therapy session (Skype) with Dr. Dana, which was good. And for this and a log in issue, I received responses from same email. Within a few weeks I, I realized that the What to do When Spouse Wants out’ program was really a repeat of ‘the ‘Strong Marriage now’ program, so emailed to get a refund for this . Received no response. I tried calling with no response. I emailed a second time with no response. Then after few months, realized nothing was going to work in my situation so tried to get my money back. I have emailed and called numerous times over the course of the year and today is exactly a year since I bought the course and still no response. Now in the final stages of a divorce, I have contacted the RevDex.com to which they have tried to contact them with no response so far.

So, the program may have good advice but just know you will NOT get your money back! False advertising.

I purchased this program April 4, 2018 hoping to save my marriage after my wife revealed to me on March 17, 2018 that she was having an affair with one of her coworkers after 15 years of what I felt was a happy marriage. She refused to do the program I tried the program with no luck. We are now headed to divorce so I have asked multiple times for the Strongmarriagenow organization to honor their 110% money back guarantee. They list their support contact as (619) 900-4766 and their website online contact email is [email protected]. I have left multiple emails and voice mail messages with no response. They are very good at taking your money but will not respond when you need them to. I will be reporting them to the Attorney General's office as well as the BBB. very disappointed in this organization. They are nothing but a huge scam operation.

[redacted] purchased our StrongMarriageNow System on July 24th using our payment plan for $29 down followed by 3 monthly payments of $99.  On the thank you page for that purchase, we offer an upsell of three options, a Library Edition, a 6 month Membership to our Community or our Platinum Package.  The customer can also choose none of the above.  [redacted] chose to purchase the Platinum Package, which is a one time immediate charge of $297 plus $19 shipping for a total of $316.
 
She raised this concern with us on July 25th and we have refunded her the $316 and have also cancelled the three future payments of $99.  We have still provided full access to the program that she purchased for $326.
 
My customer service representative will also call her to ensure that she is satisfied with this resolution.

Review: The advertised receiving their service for 29 dollars, then being billed 99 dollars for three months there after. When I checked my account the next day I was billed 29 dollars for the trial and 316 dollars which is the full price of the program. I did not authorize this charge.
