Strong Parking

Review: On August [redacted] 2014 Strong Parking lost the key to my Mercedes Benz 2009 S550, On September [redacted] a unknown man walks into the parking lot with my missing key goes straight to my car, gets in my car drives to the gate where he was stopped, the parking attendant does not allow him to leave with my car because he doesn't recognize him but allows him to go through my car and steal my things including 2 pairs of brand new sneakers, registration and insurance card and then leaves with the key again, the parking attendant never takes the key from him even though you are required to leave your key with the attendant. Because of these events and careless actions, the same day I was notified about this incident on September [redacted] I was not comfortable nor confident in the protection of my car being left there not knowing if this guy was coming back to steal my car so I had my car towed the same night and placed in another parking lot away from that area until I received my new key from Mercedes Benz. I have spoke with the owner & he has paid me for my key but not without taking 140 for the month which is fine but when I asked him about reimbursement for the items that were stolen he said he had to talk to his lawyer following that him saying take him to court. I have given him a written notarized statement of the charges for the items, tow truck and parking which is going up daily until I receive my key. I have went to the police got a police report also. I have all my documentation including receipts etc.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed in full for all of the items that were stolen along with the tow truck & parking cost which is a major inconvenience due to there lack of attention to detail to my personal property.

$440 for two pairs of brand new sneakers

$225 for tow truck

and $30 dollars a day for parking since 9-*-2014 until my key is received.
