When we first spoke to Chris we were very excited to have his company doing our kitchen as he was enthusiastic and seemed very qualifiedThe planning part of the project was a little bumpy even though we had presented drawings from our designer but we worked through it as we had some time constraints and we felt we had taken Chris's time with quoting etcThe project started late and seemed a bit disjointedWe feel Communication not only between his staff but with us was a concern from the startProject began in September our kitchen was still missing components at ChristmasWe had met with Chris on several occasions to discuss plans and had the designer send specific instructions relating to areas of concern and yet there was still confusion and ultimately didn't get done as discussedThey addressed most of the issues as they arouse however we are still waiting on a few thingsThe Kitchen is fine but quality and workmanship just isn't thereNot really sure what happened on our project as I have seen some work he has done
