This matter was handled in private prior to being notified from the Revdex.com. Please see attachment for the [redacted] refund issues. The actual amount was $349, not $360 as identified in the complaint. Original purchase date can be seen on the photo - March *, 2017 and refunded yesterday for the same amount...
