Sronghill Capital enticed our company to obtain a portfolio loan including several properties as a collateral with the promise of allowing separate sale of each asset down the road. Come to find out StrongHill loan docs omitted to include partial release clauses as promised in their sale's speech. Investors beware! When asked to amend their documents 2 years later Stonghill admitted to their error but refused to request amendment from their legal department. This action has caused our company to be thrown into a very costly legal battle, Investors beware of promises from sales reps from StrongHill. We deeply regret having been introduced to StrongHill Capital. Revise your LOI scrutinize your loan docs and promises or better yet run from them!
