In January 2012, I paid $6,125 to place a new roof on my Mom's 1600 square foot home in Spartanburg. I paid for upgraded shingles and need the roof to last as my Mom is completely disabled. The roof has been leaking and I have been phoning American Pro Siding and Roofing since May. I am currently in Spartanburg and tested the places in the ceiling with a moisture meter and am getting attention needed readings on the meter. I have spoken with the person whose name we had at the time the roof was installed and was told the current person is [redacted]. My phone calls continue to be ignored. I do not recommend this company. They have not returned my phone calls for 4 months and are not standing by the work they performed.
