First let me start by saying that the point of hiring movers is to making moving easier. I booked a move one week in advanced for Monday 9am. No problem, they said. Sunday night I get a voicemail saying they will be 3-4 hours late because they have to finish another job before coming to help us. I told them that was fine as long as they understood we only had a 1 day window to complete our move. Fast forward 1:15 pm Monday. No movers, no call. I call them, they say it'll be a few more hours until they arrive, and we will get a call when thry are on the way. 5:30, no movers, no call. I call their office repeatedly to no answer. 5:50 the movers arrive without calling. They take a look around and then say it will be a 10 hour job to move a 4 bedroom house with everything prepackaged and staged for loading. They load as much as they can into 1 truckload and tell us that they need to send a truck with a lift gate for the heavy items the next morning. We had no other options so we reluctantly agree. The next morning comes and I get a text message informing me that there would be no truck to arrive at our house. We had to rent a truck and move all of the heaviest items ourselves. This company is a complete joke. They will screw you over and not even call to tell you. They made our moving experience 5 times more difficult than it needed to be.
