Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I don't believe a more ridiculous response could have possibly been put forthThe dry cleaner ruined the sweater and the businesses response is to contact the manufacturer?? I will make sure to continue my efforts by whatever means possible to let as may unwary customers know that Strongsville Cleaners does not care about it's clients nor does it stand behind it's product or accept responsibility for its errorsAlso why did Strongsville Cleaners want a copy of the receipt if it wasn't intending to rectify the situation? Just stalling? They know they are at fault and simply don't care Regards, [redacted] ***

Hi:
I am sorry to say this, but I do not agree with the customer's accusation that MrC** made a mistakeHe did not make any special mistake at all.
If the customer is not satisfied with one store, it is a free country to shop around to find other store for better service and better deal, but it is not courteous to accuse someone who did not make any intentional mistake to harm others.
Thanks.

To whom it may be concerned:
RE:assigned ID:***
I am DrK** who is brother in law to the owner
of the Strongsville dry cleaner, MrBang RC**.
Since my brother in law asked me to reply to your recent correspondent letter dated on Feb18, 2016, I send this email to you.
As I understand that his client A*** complained about the sweater which was "ruined" from dry cleaning.
My brother in law told me that the trim part of the sweater was stained and discoloredWhen he checked the sweater, the label was unreadable indicating that the sweater is relatively old.
The client did not provide a copy of the receipt from his store and no purchase receipt to indicate that the sweater was worth of $and the client told him that the sweater was worth of $when it was complained at his store.
It seems to me that the sweater must be old and claiming for $appears unjustifiable.
Assuming that it was served by his store although there was no proof of it, it was not his fault as he did his job to dry clean in a usual way so that staining issue must have been secondary to the manufactured fabric and coloring problems.
Therefore, it seems to me that the "ruined sweater" was not caused by MrC** and could not blame him to be responsible for the issue here.
I thank you for your concern about this issue and hope that this explanation may be able to resolve the dispute between them.
Should you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks.
DrK**

Clearly, this business has no intention of taking responsibility for its actions regardless (evidenced below)."It is up to him to get a third party opinion for his edification, but Mr. C** has no obligation to follow its outcome." - Mr. C**'s Brother-in-lawFor anyone who reads this line of action by Strongsville Cleaners, you can clearly see they take no responsibility for their mistakes.  If that is the case, would you trust them with your clothes?  I would not and would urge those looking for dry cleaning services to go to [redacted] Cleaners or [redacted] Cleaners.Though I am clearly unsatisfied with the result, I appreciate the Revdex.com's help in putting this line of conversation out to the public.Regards,[redacted]

From: Pjk**430 < >Date: Fri, Jun 24, 2016 at 8:47 AMSubject: ID: [redacted]To: [email protected]: Pam K** <pjk**[email protected]>To whom it may be concern:On behalf of MR. Bang R** C** who is the owner of the Strongsville dry cleaning business,  I will try to explain what happen...

to Mr. [redacted]' s suit jacket with pockets of air between the layers of fabric after dry cleaning as Mr. C**  has clear limitation to express his opinion in English.I am his brother in law and I was told by Mr. C** who said that he just did dry cleaning of Mr. [redacted]'s suit jacket as usual. He has no good explanation about the air pockets in his jacket. However, My wife who had been working at the dry cleaning store for several years in the past told me that it can occasionally happen, perhaps due to the defect of the facing fabric in between the outer and inner layers of the fabric of the suit while blowing hot air to press the wrinkles of the jacket in a process of normal and usual way of dry cleaning after perk treatment of the garments. It is certainly not by Mr. C**'s fault and he was not in a position to do anything about it as there is no way of knowing that there was any defect of the facing fabric which is not visible by eye since the facing  fabric is inside covered by inner and outer layers of the clothing fabrics. It is unfortunate for Mr. [redacted] who has to suffer from this uncontrollable situation.Mr. C** did not  do anything unusual about thiscase to be responsible for the "ruined suit jacket".Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.Thanks.Dr. and Mrs. K**

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I don't believe a more ridiculous response could have possibly been put forth. The dry cleaner ruined the sweater and the businesses response is to contact the manufacturer?? I will make sure to continue my efforts by whatever means possible to let as may unwary customers know that Strongsville Cleaners does not care about it's clients nor does it stand behind it's product or accept responsibility for its errors. Also why did Strongsville Cleaners want a copy of the receipt if it wasn't intending to rectify the situation?
