There is no date on this response, so I am unsure what "next week" is? I will accept delivery on Tuesday Dec, 28th between 10-noon. I will need to inspect the door before I sign-off that it is the door I ordered. The address for delivery is: Graham Court Indpls 46250 *** ***

This is an email pertaining to the delivery of [redacted] door.  I will gladly deliver the door next week to her daughter's home or anywhere [redacted] would like it delivered.  Please let me know what works best for the Dills and I will make it happen.  Thank you!  Best Regards, [redacted], Director of Sales & Business Development Energy Secure Solutions™ Inc. Mrs [redacted] placed a door order through me (Energy Secure Solutions, Inc.) or (ESS).  Mrs [redacted] picked out this door with me meeting at your home to discuss other projects on her home.  Some of these projects were started and finished right around when she picked out the door.  Please...

note; this door was ordered by Mrs Dill.  I have made several attempts to schedule the installation of this door.  I have tried to coordinate with her daughter and Mrs. [redacted] to get the said door installed.  In fact, one of my emails or one of my secretaries email(s) went unanswered for the whole past summer.  Mrs. [redacted] finally emailed me back stating that she was "sorry" and that is has been a "very bust summer."  I have several emails where we (ESS) have tried to coordinate the install with no success.  There are also time where we (ESS) dropped the ball and had to cancel the install due to the weather or because we had a job that went over our time frame so in return we (ESS) had to cancel.  However, to put the blame entirely on ESS is wrong.  Trying to coordinate with Mrs. [redacted] and her daughter has been tough.  We both share the blame here. The door for Mrs [redacted] is ready and has been paid for and I would gladly deliver it at Mrs. [redacted] request.  At this point, I do not think it is a good idea for my company (ESS) to install the door.  If Mrs. [redacted] will give me a time and date I will deliver the said door at her request. In closing, I'm VERY surprised that Mrs. [redacted] is taking this route.  Mrs. [redacted] was happy with the service and the quality of the products we (ESS) has to offer.  In fact, Mrs. [redacted] was just about ready to place another order with ESS until she talked to Jim [redacted] of [redacted].  Mrs. [redacted] has done several projects with ESS with not one issue  After her conversation with Mr [redacted], Mrs [redacted] then did not want to move forward with the new project(s).  I find this very disheartening as Mrs [redacted] and I had a very good  business relationship.  To date I have done 3 projects with Mrs [redacted] and had a contract signed to move forward with another project on her son's house.  It was only after her conversation with Mr [redacted] is when Mrs [redacted] started the compliant with me.  To reiterate, Mrs [redacted] door for her daughter is ready to go and I can have it delivered at anytime. Thank you for all your help and time!

It looks like [redacted] has filed suit against [redacted] Solutions, Inc. as we just received_ notice today. This particular situation is very tricky.., the [redacted] purchased a door through [redacted] using [redacted]. I ordered the door and the door is in, but the [redacted] have...

denied a credit card transaction costing [redacted] Solutions, Inc. $14000.00 At this point we can not release the door until we settle the $14000.00 dispute. The [redacted]' claim they called their credit card company (Capital 1) and told them to release the claim. As of today the $14000.00 dispute is still active.Best Regards,Steve B[redacted], Director of Sales [redacted] SolutionSTM Inc. [redacted]

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/02/15) */
This tenant left the apartment infested with fleas. It took 3-4 weeks of treatment before the apartment was able to be rented. As such, his security deposit was used to treat for flees, clean and lost rent. Our office mailed him a letter...

itemizing the charges against his deposit. The letter was not returned so we can only assume that he received said letter.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/02/17) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I never received in the mail any reason why they kept my deposit refund. They also after I moved out never sent anyone over to inspect the apartment until a month later. My pet deposit was supposed too have covered any cost that my pet caused.

Regards,
[redacted] Again, this response is completely absurd and nonsensical. anyone with an iq above room temperature can read this and realize mr. b[redacted] contradicts his own statements within the first 4 sentences.  His first sentence claims "[redacted] is not my customer". Really? then why did he contact us in august of last year wanting to do business with us? why did [redacted] record a video of mr. b[redacted] and my former business partner, tom disch, at our store and send out multiple emails to our customers last september announcing we had a new partner to offer our customers? why did mr. b[redacted] host an open house at [redacted] on september 27th, 2014 at my store? why did [redacted] place 7 orders with mr. b[redacted]'s company between 9/19/2014 and 01/14/2015, if we weren't his customer? and lastly, if [redacted] was not a customer of [redacted] solutions, then why did mr. b[redacted] cashall my checks, up to and including the last one for $2996.62 on january 26th, 2015? if this description doesn't  qualify me as a former customer of [redacted], then i'm afraid I am going to have revisit miriam webster's website and re-examine their definition of what a customer is. furthermore, [redacted] DID NOT approach [redacted] for a price on a door. she obtained his name FROM [redacted]. mrs. [redacted] is fully prepared to participate in any arbitration that happens and validate and corroborate my statements. I also have documentation from mrs. [redacted]'s credit card company indicating the first transaction she entered into with [redacted] ON HER OWN, was done on march 24th, 2015, over TWO MONTHS after [redacted] placed its final order for her front door on january 14th, and well AFTER [redacted] stopped referring our customers to [redacted], had mr. b[redacted] remove his displays from our store, removed all information about [redacted] from our website and ENDED our relationship with his company, further validating the fact that the $14K mr. b[redacted] continues to desperately attempt to enter into this dispute, has no merit or validation whatsoever upon my claim. I very much look forward to presenting this to an arbitrator and laying out the FACTS on the table for anyone to examine and determine who is telling the truth. the reason the [redacted]'s disputed the credit card charges for the $14K is because, much like me, they saw a HUGE red flag when they attempted to take delivery on their door and it had not been paid for over 7 MONTHS after [redacted] had cashed my check. they had also not rec'd numerous items on the other orders that they had placed with [redacted] directly and feared the worst. losing out on THOUSANDS of more dollars if [redacted] was having financial difficulties. couple that with a conversation I had with a gentleman named [redacted], attorney for a company called camp wright investments, the entity who apparently loaned [redacted] over $300K and was having a difficult time determining where their investment was, along with my conversation with a man named [redacted], the operations manager at [redacted], the company [redacted] ordered the door from that has not been paid for by [redacted]. According to my conversation with [redacted] on August 5th, not only had the door ordered thru [redacted] not been paid for, [redacted] indicated [redacted] was owed "thousands" more dollars by [redacted]. ask yourself what conclusions you would draw when presented with all this information. I have far better things to do with my time than waste hours each day dealing with this nonsense. I want my $2996.62 back and I want it back as soon as possible. end of story. thank you.
