I am rejecting this response because: it doesn't make senseIf they talked to me on the 5th and told me thw parts had arrived, whywould they try to contact me again the very next dayIt is obvious that they made a mistake and miss placed my parts or forgot to call me when they came inTheir for I should not be responsible for the shipping chargesOr I should be issued a full refund.

HERE ARE PICS OF ONE INVOICE SHOWING DAYS AT THE TOP RIGHT I ALSO INCLUDED PICS OF THE RECIVING PARTS TAGS SHOWING WE CALLED AND TALKED TO SOMEONE 4/5/ALSO TRYED TO CALL 4/6/(BUSY) NO BIG DEAL TALKED TO THEM THE DAY BEFOR AND 6/9/WITH MAIL BOX FULL

SO YES *** ORDERED SOME PARTS FROM US AND WE DID TRY TO CONTACT HIM WHICH I HAVE PROOF OFWE COULD NOT GET A HOLD OF HIM WHICH IS NOT OUR FAULT HE NEW HE HAD PARTS ORDERED AND SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED US BEFORE MOVEINGHIS RECIPT ALSO STATES THAT HE HAS DAYS TO PICK UP HIS PARTS OR WE RETURN
THEM AND HE DOSE NOT GET A REFUNDI FEEL WE DID OUR PART AND IT IS NOT OUR FAULT HE MOVED AWAY AND DID NOT GET HIS PARTS BEFORHANDWE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP HIS PARTS AND AGIN WE HAVE NO PROBLEM SHIPPING THEM IF HE PAYS FREIGHT.THANK YOU *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I did go in there multiple times before I movedI spoke with different people each timeEach time someone went and looked for my parts, "on a shelf" they would say, only to come back to me surprised that they had not come in yetI waited for the call for multiple months, and I went in there multiple times before I movedEither my parts were at the shop and they misplaced them, or it took significantly longer than days for the parts to come inEither way it is horrible buisness practice and I should not be responsible for the shipping fee, or I should be issued a full refundA prime example of how they do buisness is note, there was almost a two week period before they responded to this complaintThank you for your help

THE CHAINSAW WAS BROUGHT IN WITH BAD FUEL IN THE TANKI HAD HER SMELL THE FUEL AND SHE SAID THAT IT DID SMELL ODDI TRIED STARTING THE SAW AND IT WOULD NOT RUNWE TOLD THE CUSTOMER THAT IF THE CARBURETOR FAILED BECAUSE OF BAD FUEL IT WOULD NOT BE A WARRANTY REPAIRWE INSPECTED THE SAW AND THE
CARBURETOR WAS DAMAGEDWE EXPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMERS WHAT WE FOUND AND THE MAN SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE GAS, IT WAS THE CHAINSAW. WE TOLD THEM WE WOULD CALL STIHL TO SEE IF THEY WOULD DO ANYTHING. STIHL ALLOWED US TO WARRANTY THE CARBURETOR BUT SAID THE CUSTOMER WOULD BE LIABLE FOR MISCPARTS AND LABOR. WE TOLD THEM WHAT STIHL WAS WILLING TO DO AND THE CUSTOMER WAS UPSET AND SAID THEY DIDNT WANT US TO DO ANYTING AND THEY PICKED UP THE CHAINSAWPER WARRANTY GUIDELINES STIHL AND OR COMPANY DID NOTHING AND IN FACT, I BELIEVE STIHL SHOWED COMPASSION TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER BY COVERING THE EXPENSSIVE CARBURETOR

I ordered some chainsaw parts from stroups power equipment in march of I never received a call telling me that they had arrived like they said they wouldI contacted them once in April and they said the parts were not there yetI just contacted them again today, when I contacted them they said that they had called me in April and told me they had arrived, which is not true They also said that they tried to contact me again and because my voicemail was full, which it often is, they told me that they just put the parts on the shelf and stopped calling meI asked if they would ship them to me since I have now moved away from ReddingThey said of course they will for another dollarsSince I payed shipping to get them to where I was at the time, and then they failed to contact me when they arrived, I feel I am not responsible for the new/extra shipment paymentI was willing to just return the parts but they said that was not an optionA resolution would be they pay to ship
