In response to the recent letter I received from Kia HatfieldI was not offer a warranty for my carI was told there was no extended warranty for my carThe sale rep [redacted] in used cars, told there was a warranty! My friend was with me, heard the same the same thingTold me not to get the car, because, they acting funny, and shadyNow I wished I would have listened to herAnyone who knows me, know I will never buy a car with no warrantyI was told red flag, less than a month, the car has issues! In one year major repairs! They had no problem selling me a lemon, and taking my trade in, and money I put down for a down paymentVery unprofessional, and they seem pressed for money, and bad businessYes I feel I should get my down payment refundedThey need to check, their cars, stop selling lemons!!!Be fair to all their customers

I am pulling the deal for Ms*** from our files that are kept off site due to the fact that it was from last yearI will look further into the inquireies she is referring to and determine if they were to banks that we were trying to get her approvedWhen the customer signs the application for
credit, that is giving the dealer permisson to submit to multiple lenders due to the fact that we are merely an indirect lender for said banksI will have more information soon and will reply again shortlyThank you in advance for your assistance with this matter

I am rejecting this response because: Your excuse is unacceptable to me I feel the entire process with Hatfield Kia and all of their employees was shady You need to explain to customers your reasoning for pulling multiple credit reports before you do it These credit inquires need to be removed I will seek legal action if I need to

received a notice from the Revdex.com that she had filed a complaintOn our fourth attempt to contact her she finally responded saying her answering machine was not working correctly and did not receive our messagesOnce communicated, we have fulfilled the customer's wishes to her satisfaction and we understand she has contacted the Revdex.com to close this case

These documents do not allow YOU or ANY of your employees permission to run multiple credit bureau inquiries on me.  I will be contacting the Attorney General since you feel your actions are acceptable.  You have no business sense to allow these sort of things to go on within Kia.  You should ALL be ashamed of yourself.

First, I would like to extend our sincere apologies to Ms. [redacted] for our technician's lack of response on Sunday. He was overwhelmed with emergencies on a 100 degree day. It is unfortunate that Ms. [redacted] has had the issues described in her letter. However, in her words, she had the vehicle serviced by other dealers and I was not aware of these issues. Ms. [redacted] was offered an extended warranty at the time of her purchase and declined the coverage. There are...

unforseen risks when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and as much as I would like to help everyone that has an issue after the sale it is just not possible. I did look up her history here and noticed that we paid for a tow bill but other than that, no service has been done here. With regard to her request for us to "refund her down paymet", I can only assume that she is asking for her down payment to be returned to her which is something I am not able to do for her. If there are any additional questions or further action needed on my behalf, please let me know. I have attached the form where she declined the coverage. Please advise on anything else you may need.She accepted the EasyCare GAP and the Phantom Footprints. All other coverage was declined.

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] forgot to clarify that I "said, "Don't bother, I called someone else" to refuse the repeated service call ONLY after they missed their initial one scheduled on 10/24/15. Obviously, that was a gross and unheard breach, esp. in a potentially dangerous situation (CO).When my father called [redacted] and told him about this dangerous situation and their failure, he said he could send a technician for a second opinion ONLY in a week, but how could we wait when an authorized Four Season technician shut down our furnace due to the crack and a potentially life-threatening CO emission. How could we wait for a week without heat? Clearly All Temp had their chances to fix the problem and give me a second opinion and this "Warranty $200 heat exchanger replacement and/or discounted furnace replacement"; 1-st chance was during a missed appointment, and the 2-nd was to give me a second opinion not in a week but within 1-2 days, but [redacted] says about $200 and deep discount now, afterwards, only because he knows that he does not have to do it. Last October All Temp did not find the cracks, because they did not use a deep diagnostics with a camera like Four Seasons did now; All Temp they left a Description of last service, "Cleaned and replaced filter." 3 technicians concluded that the heat exchangers cracks were older than a year, and we will have official report about that admissible in Court.If [redacted] is serious, he may show his good intentions by taking responsibility for their failures and compensating my losses (pay me the difference between his "discounted price" and $4,500 I had to pay).P.S. He mentioned that my father is their good customer for many years, but he may ask my father how he feels after referring me to them and service I received from them. I hope my father will no longer be such a happy customer of theirs, doesn't he think?
