Our experience with Superior Granite was not very niceMy sales rep was very good & very knowledgeable about her productThe man that does the templating however was very rude, & we cancelledI was surprised to later learn that this person was an owner of the businessAlso, we found the same color & quality of marble for our kitchen at a different supplier for considerable less moneyThere are many quality suppliers in the Florida Panhandle area......shop around & check on prices for the same qualityI will not recommend themI will gladly furnish a copy of my invoice from Superior & one from the company that I had do the installation
I conducted considerable research into many granite companies in the area before I decided to use Superior Granite for replacement countertops on my first houseSeveral years later my new house needed countertops and again, I used Superior because of my prior positive experience
The process of selecting, measuring and installation went smoothly and professionallyEvery employee I had the occasion to meet, during my dealings was upbeat, friendly and made the process a positive experience
Granite is much the same from company to company but, what I feel places Superior Granite above the others is its price, selection and workmanship
Superior Granite does superb work and stands behind the product and installation
I would most certainly use them again and would highly recommend Superior Granite to anyone that needs stone for their house
We used another supplier for our granite countertops when we built our home - we did not know about Superior at the time We had a HORRIBLE experience with them (that is for another review), and Superior's staff and Owner were very polite and professional in offering up their services in any capacity they could help us out with Several times now we have called on them - both to work on additional items we have added to our home, and to fix deficient items from the original installer GREAT service, and they stick to their word with respect to pricing and timing They have a customer FOR LIFE at this residence!

I recently completed a condo renovation. [redacted] at Superior Granite in Pensacola was such a treasure to work with. She help us choose the perfect stone to compliment the gray cabinets we were installing and was very knowledgable about the various types of stones availible . We choose a quartzite which was stunning. The crew that installed the stone were amazing to watch and so kind and respectful of the workspace and our home. I would highly recommend Superior Granite to anyone looking for natural or man made stone .
