Strovex

Review: I received a call from a telemarketer regarding this male enhancement product called Code Red Seven and Strovex volumizer on 2-13-2014. I was told the cost of both, if I didn't cancel the autoship that would commence every 25 days. Both would be available however for a free trial offer of only $6.95. I agreed to do the free trial which I later found out was a way to get my card #. I was billed $6.95 on 2-22-14, and didn't receive the product until Thursday 3-20-14. I viewed the ingrediant list with disappointment and anger noting a few highly toxic ingrediants such as denatured alcohol and sunflower oil, in addition to some other synthetic chemicals. I rewrapped the package and sent it back without opening the bottles of Code Red. Two days later on Saturday 3-22-14, I received a 2nd package of the same product, and a debit from our bank account for $206.90. I returned the package without opening it the following Monday.I called the company, spoke to a woman, and requested a refund. I was told I would only receive 25% of the purchase price, if I was "approved" for that refund from this other dept. After a "talking" to this lady for several minutes and getting nowhere I demanded a refund of my money. About 3 weeks later, I noted that this issue was still not resolved. I called again and spoke to a man and received a similar runaround, but this time I was hung up on. Last Monday the 21st of April, I called again, since the debit is still on our bank statement. Spoke to the same lady I had spoken to the first time with more of the same runaround. I told her that if I didn't see a credit to our bank account of $206.90, I would notify the Revdex.com. A week later, there is still no such credit on our bank statement.I found out that there have been numerous complaints against this company at [redacted]Desired Settlement: $206.90I was given no time to trial this product,(even if I did want to trial it) as the second shipment arrived 2-3 days after the first one arrived. This time it came with a $206.90 debit from our bank account. I did not use this toxic, useless product, and was very disappointed and angry at how much money they charge for it....then find out it is next to impossible to get this matter satisfactorily resolved. It is a very inferior product that is vastly over-hyped and overpriced!
