Structube (Regina)

So I had got a platform bed from Structube about a month ago and I had set it up about a week later and not long after I started getting bug bits I went to see a doctor about it and he asked right away if I have ever had bed bugs I said I have never had them and I said plus I have a brand new bed and moved into a brand never lived in place I said this only started happening after I started sleeping on this bed. This bed was only packed in cardboard boxes between some styrofoam. I literally seen some bugs coming out of the headboard the other night. I have been in contact with Structube more then once through email and the phone and they keep telling me they won't do anything about it.
