I cannot state this enough; do not do business with this company and if you are as foolish as I am, make sure you have a closing date with a full money back guarantee in your contractThe first salesperson never called me back after showing up to our house I had this company rebid the project and another salesperson (Dan Brehm) perform the paperwork and take a down payment month later I have nothing to show for my money It’s been weeks and counting since the sales person has called me and still now reply The sales manager Bob *** doesn’t respond either The only way we were able to get a response was by calling up the main office and getting transferred around to the production manager RonI honestly can’t tell you if they have a good product because I don’t have anything to evaluate other than their poor communication and delayed schedule We have had our build rescheduled multiple timesWe were even promised that they were going to do part of the job so I could get my concrete guys to get there part of the job done but they can’t even follow through with thisThere is one thing this company can promise and that is, don’t trust anything they promise

I have had a home built by the Structural Buildings, Frederic, WI branch It is my primary residence It is living quarters with a large attached garage This is a request for assistance in resolving the following:
A huge crack developed completely across the garage floor
Holes were made (for a lifting strap?) in the fire wall between the garage and house They were not repaired
The water heater and shower are 20' apart When turned on, It takes minutes for hot water to reach the shower
The water pipes and drain freeze in the winter The builder attempted to fix the problem by sealing the exterior wall, but that did not fix the problem The last attempt was to cut a 14"X14" hole in the laundry room wall sheetrock and vapor barrier The hole is there exposing the exterior insulation but does not solve the problem
Just prior to leaving for a vacation, water was leaking from the garage ceiling Leaving a puddle on the floor
