To the Revdex.com of Eastern MA, ME, RI & VT:I am writing in response to Complaint No*** dated December 31, 2016, filed by Mr*** ***.This is the first Revdex.com complaint we have ever experienced since the company was started in 1999. I have tried to use the online
complaint management system but was unable to find the complaint listed. In addition, the name and contact information listed by the Revdex.com for this firm are incorrect. (Please see below for correct details.)In response to the substance of Mr***'s complaint, I acknowledge that we have kept him waiting, and I apologize. This is the result only of an unusually heavy workload in our office since the fall of 2016, with many structures in design and under construction. Unlike some of our other projects, Mr***'s did not involve a public safety matter requiring urgent attention. Neither, to my knowledge, was there any pending order from the local building official. The repair work recommended occurs at finish surfaces and does not call for any kind of structural renovations or new construction.Given Mr***'s dissatisfaction to the point of filing a complaint, I propose to give him a full refund of his money. I regret that we were unable to meet his expectations in a timely way
