Do not use this company! They are the worst. They promise you so much to get you to sign and then reneg on it all. Work takes 10 times longer than it should. They promise you extra's to make up for bad work and then never follow through. Our house raising took almost 3 years and they wouldn't finish until the last payment was made.
Drove around Brick and Toms River where there used to be Structural Solutions signs to see no signs and houses that are still not finished. Also notices their trucks no longer have their company name on them.
Wish I could give them zero stars, but you have to select at least one.

I paid structural solutions approximately $122,595 over the past year to fix and raise my house. there is still about 80% of the job that still is not done. there has been no work done on my house for a few months and the company does not return texts, calls, or emails. they have broken multiple pieces of my fence and parts of my well and sidewalk.

My business partner and I entered had agreed to work being performed by the subject company. My partner previously had gone to the Revdex.com, but my further dissatisfaction with the organization has lead me to file. I entered into an agreement with Shawn at Structural Solutions of NJ. He is withholding thousands of dollars of mine and never finished the job. Won’t answer phone calls anymore, when he did, all he kept saying was he will give the money back but keeps buying time and coming up with different excuses. The Workman ship from his carpenters was the worst I’ve ever seen. He mismeasured all 27 of my windows which in turn made me have to reframe everyone. He put a roof on my house will 100 year old flashing and rotten wood that he stated he would replace. Worst experience I’ve ever had doing business with anyone. The guy is a criminal and will scam you out of your money. We had since agreed to refund terms, but yet again have not seen resolution.

Worst company I’ve ever done business with in my life. Owner Shawn owes me 80k! Don’t do any business unless you want horrible work and your money stolen.

Several months ago Structural Solutions of new Jersey was doing a job raising a house at *** My property is a cross the street at ***. In the process of doing it there truck drivers started to use my empty lagoon lot
to turn there trucks around causing large ruts torn up grass and numerous tire tracks mud all over road. I was not notified till much after the fact from my neighbor who cuts the grass for me and my real estate agent sent me pictures of damage. never did this company call me to apologize or offer to fix the damage that there drivers did. I try calling 3 times ,all I got was a answering service. I also sent them a email on the Revdex.com website. All I am looking for is for the company to be responsible and repair the damage that they did before this matter goes any further. I have had my property for sale for around a year this makes extremely harder to sell in this condition. I have pictures if you wish to see them. And give you names of my witnesses if needed.
