It is nice to know that there is someone who does what they say and more. Joe fought for us against the insurance compny that did its best to not cover the damage to our home. He was able to get us fully covered. The work was fantastic! Our house looks great. I would highly recommend this company for any construction or home improvement project.

Structural Technology Custom Homes is a real life saver! As this was my first property claim, I really had no idea how any of this all worked. My insurance was giving me the brush-off and I felt like I had little in the way of choices. Joe was so helpful in understanding the process, working directly with a very difficult claims adjuster and making me feel at ease; always. He even found damages that the adjustor failed to document as part of the initial inspection and was able to help me in updating the claim. Joe provided a comprehensive plan for replacing the whole roof and repairing the related interior damages. He always provided me with options without compromising on quality. During the job, a neighbor who had also received similar damage was having there roof replaced. This is where the quality of the products used and the professionalism of the team really stood out.

I watched Joe and his crew replace the underlayment on a tile roof across the street from us and was impressed with the quality of the work that they were doing so I cornered Joe about painting our house and he offered to back in a couple days to give us a quote. He called in a couple days and wanted to come out and give us a quote.

He walked around the house and told us what all he would do. We agreed on a price and when they could start. The painters showed up as scheduled and power washed the whole house. They were back the next day and started the prep work which by the way turned out to be more involved than it had looked to be. They really did a very complete job of prep work. Completed the painting the next day and Joe was doing the walk around checking the paint job and noticed an end tile on my roof that didn't look right and told us that wasn't safe and that he was going to fix that for us. Was not part of paint job but being Joe, he wanted to fix it.

Sunday morning Joe and two of his crew shoed up and did an excellent job of repairing it (not just patching it but a first class repair job) Joe and his crew did an excellent job on the paint job.

We are not quite ready for a underlayment replacement but I do know that when the time comes it will be done by Joe and his crew. We wont need a bunch of quotes as we know that his price will be fair and the work will be up to my high standards.

Structural Technology Custom Homes really came through for me during a very difficult time. The storms that ran rampant over this past summer practically ripped my entire roof off. Joe and his experienced team of worker replaced my roof and followed up on any of my concerns. I had broken my ankle during all of this and Joe went the extra mile, he even took my garbage to the dumpster for me.
