Review: I entered into a contract with Tony Hubbard at Structures by Design for a complete kitchen renovation on 4/5/13. The work was to begin in mid April and there was a delay. Once the work began there were multiple minor delays with many days of no work being done at the house.I made multiple calls to determine why no one was working and there were plenty of excuses. The work was mostly completed by 6/22/13. On June 30th I was asked to complete a 30 day punch list so I returned this on July 25th.Since that time I have met with various individuals from Tony's company yet the work has still not been completed. I have called and left messages for Tony but received no response until I mentioned contacting the Revdex.com. He got back with me almost immediately by email (September 9th) and stated someone would be in touch with me the next day. I have heard from no one and am requesting assistance from the Revdex.com to get this complaint resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like for the work, which was started over 4 months ago and was only supposed to take 5-7 weeks, to be finished!
