On August 28,a member for Stryker Foundation, LLC came to my house at 930pm to serve me papers for *** He called number on a few times while I was on vacation with my familyWhen he came to my house he was told I was in the shower and that I would be out in a few minutesHe did not like that and continued to knock on my doorScaring my family I went outside to tell him to stop and another guy was standing by my side doorI yelled at him to stop and he started to yell at me calling me a liarI told him to give me the papers and to leave my yardHe did and when he did he told me to get my fat *** inside the houseAs this was happening my wife heard the arguing and came outside and witnessed it along with the other agent for Stryker Foundation, LLCAfter he said that insult I threw the papers at him and told him to leave***I turned around and he was pointing it me aiming at my faceI told him to just leave and he said I assaulted him with the papers as he was still ***At this point I just wanted him leaveHad his gun out and his partner walked back to the truck as he was still yelling at meMy family saw and heard everything and were scaredI tried to call the home office and the call went back to the same guy and started arguing with me again on the phoneHe told me I need to pay my bills so people like him would not come there to bring me papersAlso told me if I called the police I would get a year in jail and *** fine for assault on a officerHe was out of line and I think need to know this before hiring this company for any workThanks you for your time

I hired *** *** Construction to replace to old skylights in my home and replace boot flashing on a pipe on my roofOn 6/15/Mr*** and of his workers came to my home to perform the workWhile they were there, they were sawing 2x4's beside my ac unitA mass amount of sawdust was sucked into the ac/unit and caused it to blow a terminalWhich rendered my ac/unit uselessI have contacted Mr*** several times and he refuses to give me his liability insurance informationHe also has not provided me a contractor license or proof that he had a permit to work in *** Any work in the amount of $or more requires a permit in *** I feel as if he is not licensed nor does he have insurance, or he would provide itThey also left huge boxes on my property that the skylights were inThey are still on my carport
