To whom it may concern,This is *** *** of Stryker Martial Arts Academy and we received a letter from you in reference to one of our clients, *** ***, for her son. We use *** *** as our billing company and have used them for going on years. We DO
NOT hide behind them as stated by Ms***. When she contacted me and let me know about her son's injury, which wasn't at our business, we "froze" her account at that time trying to help out the situation. It wasn't until we received a letter from *** *** stating that she had applied for a "permanent disability" release from her contract that we were aware of an issue. Apparently Ms*** and *** *** went back and forth on the disability form as to who signed it at the Doctor's office, timelines as to how long he would be out, etc. I would also like to point out that we initially gave her a reduced tuition fee of $per month at the beginning of her student agreement with us. We tried to help her our however we could. With that being said, I will contact *** *** and inform them to cancel the contract with nothing further due and I will pay her cancellation fees for her through *** ***. I will not authorize a refund as she has only paid payments on this month membershipThe cancellation fee alone will be more than the $she is asking for.
