Stryker to the Rescue Once Again:
I utilized Stryker about a year ago to treat a carpet beetle problem that other pest control companies had told me was a moth issue; meanwhile, my clothes were being eaten up a daily basis until Stryker correctly identified the problem & completely eradicated the carpet beetles!
That's why I didn't hesitate to contact them again when I learned that I had encountered a bed bug infestation at one of the hotels I recently stayed in on a business trip; my fear was that I had inadvertently brought the some of the bed bugs home via my luggage, clothing, person, etcFortunately, John the very knowledgeable and kind owner along with his incredible staff advised me on an ongoing basis exactly what I needed to do and then they came out twice to treat my home; my fears were allayed and I haven't had any sign of bed bugs and I can relax and fully enjoy my home again!!!!

I had a bug problem & researched online all my options of who to call I decided on Stryker I received a call back right away! (In talking with John, I told him I appreciated his prompt response to my phone call, as I'd been trying to get a handyman to hook up my dryer, but nobody even calls back John went out of his way to get me a name of someone & within a couple days -- after trying for a couple years, -- I had my dryer hooked up!) John was very accommodating at working around my scheduleHe was very personable & great to work with I felt confident leaving him in my house while he treated it & he locked up behind himself He seemed honest & his price seemed quite reasonable I would not hesitate to use him again, though hope the need does not arise!

I had a massive ant infestation in my basement where the basement wall meets the house plus spiders and various crawling creatures I called Stryker and Chris came out to treat the problem He explained everything to me thoroughly He even sprayed the tree trunks about feet up Unfortunately, I noticed evidence of the ants again about 30- days later I waited a little longer to be sure then I called them and they came out again and did another thorough treatment I hope the ants do not return but if they do I will certainly call Stryker They are thorough and professional and explain everythingI intend to have them regularly to keep this problem under control Excellent company!

I was having a lot of problem with pavement ants (my condo is built on a concrete slab) and had tried other companies thru the years to no avail Stryker seems to have solved my ant problem once and for all! Not only did they do a great job, but their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the customer service is phenomenal!! Around this time last year, I called Stryker for a problem with voles (field mice Amber came out, quoted us a fair price, thoroughly educated us on what to expect and took care of the issue As the weather is warming up, we now are having this problem againAs my first dealing with Stryker was so professional, I immediately called them The woman on the phone was the same person I talked to previously She remembered me and my previous situation before she even pulled up my file Amber returned to my house the following day and was just as impressive as the first time She checked my traps that were left the first time and because there was plenty of bait left, she didn't charge I was totally prepared to pay at least a service fee and was totally surprised She also took the time to talk to my neighbors and gave them a free quote as we could visibly see they were also experiencing the same problemVery Rarely do we find companies that aren't in it just for the money Stryker clearly represents what a local business should be about, providing for the community Their family owned and operated values show through in the little things Amber went out of her way to make a personal connection with me both time and they even take the time to hand write Holiday Greeting cards to their customersWhile I hope I don't have any pest issues again, they will be the first call I make if I do I encourage anyone in the greater Columbus area to call Stryker for any issues!
