Review: I ordered a T-top, consisting of seven different items, from Stryker T-Tops website on July 18, 2015 and was told that I would receive my complete order within two weeks. I have received three of the items I ordered and am getting the run around as to when I will be receiving the rest of my order. Any time I speak (phone or email) with the company I am told that my order will ship within a week and a half. I contact them weekly and get the same answer I got the week before. They charged my credit card but have yet to ship my complete order to meDesired Settlement: I would like to have my complete order delivered immediately

Review: Stryker T-top has failed to ship multiple parts to the T-top that was ordered. Stryker T-top has failed to respond to numerous requests from both my self and pay pal. The items that are still missing include the sunbrella roof to the top and the rocket launchers, and electronics box. The items were paid in full upon purchase nearly two months ago.Desired Settlement: Fill the order as advertised. (i still need the sumbrella top, rocket launchers, and radio box) and discount the price of the product to compensate for the three service arrangements made to my installer. These install appointments cost me 100 dollars a visit for a total of $300. These appointments were made only after the employee at Stryker assured me that the product would be here.

Review: I ordered my t-top from Stryker in July we were going on vacation first of August was promised by Erick that we would have it by then. We did not. We recieved our frame the first week in September. We waited patiently and never recieved our canvas top or any accessories that are promised with the top. We had to send several emails and make several phone calls to get them to finally say they would rush the top( this is now the middle of September). So we get ready for our yearly family vacation in the last week in September and we finally receive the canvas. We go to install the top on our boat and we work with it and work with it and it will not go together. We carry it to our local boat technician and he shows is the problem is that the legs are uneven and/or not welded right. We have contacted them several times and ask for them to take there product back and pay for the shipping, and refund our money. The reason for this request is because after over three months, they still have not shipped all of our parts to us, and we have a defective product and are now in a season where it's useless anyway. But they have had our full payment of over 1500 since day one back in July 2015. Now there only response is the same email over and over about being outside of the return period. Yet we recieved the top canvas less than 3 weeks ago and still don't have all the parts. So how are we outside return period when we don't have all of the product. These people are crooked and treat you like they don't care that they haven't shipped you your stuff and act like no matter what you do you aren't getting your money back !Desired Settlement: Business should refund money fully ,and pay to have the pieces of the product that have made it to us, picked up and returned promptly.

This is an acceptable offer as long as Stryker is paying the return shipping. Again the reason is because the t top was faulty and we still haven't recieved accessories. Also as of today 10/15/2015 I haven't recieved an email about the return and the pick-up arrangements.

Review: I ordered a t top with electronics box and rod holders on April 6th. I was told at the time of order that this would ship out the first week of May. I placed the order and paid in full 1,398.00. After I read a few reviews about shipping I called them back a few weeks later and was then told that it would ship out the third week in May. Another week or so went by and then I was told the last week in May. Noticing a trend I decided to call them every other day. Today, April 21st, I was told middle of June. When I expressed disbelief in the new Date I got a slight snicker from [redacted]. I asked to talk with his supervisor and was told they were not available to call back. I plan on calling tomorrow but I'm sure im going to get the run around. There is only two people I have talked with here. [redacted] and [redacted]. Every time I call they know exactly when I called last and what was said. I am thinking this company does not place the order to whom they are getting these from until they can fulfill a container full. If this is the case they should disclose to the customer and not lie.Desired Settlement: I really like their product and would prefer to receive it. Review: I ordered several products from Stryker the first week of Dec 2014. I was told via email delivery would be the 3-4 wk in Jan. Numerous times since then I have inquired about delivery. Over 5 months later everything has been delivered except the electronics box which I need for my business starting May 1. Numerous emails have been exchanged but still no delivery of the electronics box. My last email to the customer service account at Stryker last week asking about the status of the ebox and stating that my next correspondence would be with the CA Revdex.com has gone unanswered. therefore, I am now reaching out to the CA Revdex.com for assistance. I ordered these parts in early December so that I would have plenty of time to install them in my charter boat before my season starts May 1. I am now 2 weeks from opening, my boat has been completely rearraned to allow for the installation of this item which I do not have.

Review: On May 3 2015 called Stryker t top to order top for my boat the gentlemen took my order of the s g 300 t top for 1149.00 which included grab handles, electronic box, 5 holder rocket launcher, and a mounting bracket which I never got he told me I would receive the 3rd week of June I agreed and he took my credit card info and the money was taken out of my acct within 2hrs of order. When the 4 th week of June came and no top I called they told me that it wasn't supposed to be shipped until 2nd week of July which was a lie and the gentleman got rude with me so I had the guy who was to install my top call they were very rude with him and called me a liar but they would try to put a rush on order from there is when I started receiving parts first part was the electronic box then two weeks later the last week of July received tubing for top I waited for several days and called again wanted to know why I was receiving in parts when they told me it would be one whole shipping through fedex again they got rude with me telling me that that is the way it is and they get parts from different companies I told them this is ridiculous summer is going by can't even enjoy top and that they had no problem taking my money within two hours from time I purchased they then told me boss aware of problem was left at that from there I received grab handles and 2nd week August got canvas which had a pull in it by beginning sept still no rocket launcher called again said out of stock so sent me different one instead but now fishing season over and had to modify launcher to make it hold on to top poor craftsmanship and still no mounting bracket and now pull in top became tear called they said send picture of tear I did called back told me to get sewed I said no they need to make right they told me to send top back and you have to pay for shipping I told them I can't take top off then my electronics will be exposed and the box they sent me leaks I asked to speak to owner still waiting for callDesired Settlement: I just want them to send me a new canvas I will gladly send them the torn one back but I am not going to ruin my expensive electronics by taking the top off and I don't feel like I should have to pay for shipping because of their negligence if they don't want to send me new canvas then they should reimburse me for the cost also I would like my mounting which I didn't receive the only thing I received was a box of black rubber spacers also I would like an apology from the owner Paul who doesn't have the decency to call me back this experience has been a 6 month on going nightmare

I didn't receive all parts still missing mounting bracket on top of the fact that they have did nothing to resolve the issue with my torn canvas and now because of this issue the electric box is now rusting away because top is leaking from the holes in it Stryker t tops should not be in business because they have no common courtesy for their patrons they need to send me a new black canvas to make this correct or send me back my money for the cost of the canvas so I can replace it

Review: I purchased an SG-300 T-Top from Stryker on 3/27 and was told to expect delivery of the product late April or first week May 2015. I called the business seeking status during the first week of May. I was told the remaining items would ship approximately May 22 and expect delivery May 27. I called seeking shipping status on the remaining items on May 26 and was now told to expect delivery 1st or 2nd week of June, a full 2+ months after purchase. The customer service contact would not forward me to a manager when asked and told me to wait for delivery on the new date estimate. I called on July 20 and was told my remaining items would be shipped by the end of July. I made a follow call today, 8/3 and was told my items would ship sometime this week. When I asked for more detail, they said they didn't have any of the items in stock and additional assembly would be required when they receive the items and it would be another week or 2 after that. I've been following up with this company since their first failed delivery date and have been given false dates thereafter.Desired Settlement: I demand the items I paid for be delivered immediately. I'm out $1150 on a product I cannot use without the order completed in full. Either they ship my remaining order, or refund me $449 US for the electronics box they have yet to ship me. Review: I placed an order on 3/12/15 for a boat TTop package that included various accessories totaling $1,549. Within a short time frame, the package was delivered and was missing an electronics box with two 4 inch speakers. I was told multiple times that it would arrive within 30 days of my phone calls. It has been 4 months and I still do not have the electronics box and speakers. This package is still being advertised on their website, yet when I call, they say that this particular accessory is out of stock. I firmly believe that Styker TTops is falsely advertising this package with no intention of actually filling the entire order.Desired Settlement: I would like the delivery of this accessory within 7 days or a full refund for the total of the electronic box with speakers ($449) credited to my original form of payment. I placed an order with Stryker t tops on jan. 28 2015 it is now June 26 2015 and I still have not received all of my order. I was told when I ordered it would ship 7 day ground. This company has the worst customer service they do not care if you get your order on time. When I contact them it's always the same story just a few more weeks. Order has been delivered one box out of seven every few weeks and no telling when I will receive my last item.

Review: On June 17, 2015 I ordered a T-Top and accessories from Stryker T-Tops for $1149.00. That amount was charged to my American Express card. The ad stated that the t-top would include additional accessories such as a radio box, rod holder, grab handles, universal mount and canvas cover.

On the day that I ordered the top, I received a call from Stryker stating that the top would be shipped on the second week of July. On July 17, 2015, I called to get a status update on my order. I was informed that it will be an additional 2 weeks before it would be shipped.

On August 1, 2015 I received the base of the t-top with no top cover or additional accessories. I called Stryker and sent e-mails regarding the order. I was told it would be 2 more weeks before the additional items will be sent. On August 14, 2015 I sent an email and called the company and they informed me it would be an additional 2 weeks before the items will be sent out. On August 28, 2015 I sent an email and called again and I was informed that the canvas cover for the top would be shipped out the first week in September. On September 4, 2015 the canvas cover arrived but no other accessories. When I sent an email and call, I was informed it would be 2 more weeks before the additional items would be sent. I informed the company if I did not receive the outstanding items by September 11, 2015, or receive credit to my American Express account for the value of the outstanding items, that I would file complaints with the Revdex.com and also with the FBI Internet Compliance Unit.

On September 14, 2015, I sent another e-mail to get an update on my order and received no response. When I called today, September 15, 2015 I was informed the order would not be completed till sometime in October.

The total amount of the items still outstanding total $555.90.

The entire time I was having difficulty getting my order completed, Stryker T-Tops was still sending out internet ads advertising their product. I feel that the company baited customers with the additional items with no intentions of fulfilling the order.Desired Settlement: Either promptly complete my order or credit my American Express card for the value of the outstanding items $555.90

My mistake? Not checking the Revdex.com site before ordering the product! Now I’m at 5 months and still counting. Stryker on the otherhand has had my money, possibly accruing interest, for 5 months.

In my life I have dealt with many companies both direct and on-line. Never have I experienced an issue resolving delivery, quality, or performance problems, such as those with the T-Top I ordered from Stryker.

I placed this order July 20th. The two “Blue Boxes” (the Towers) arrived 10 to 12 days later. I waited a few days for the remaining items to arrive. The primary item I needed in order to assemble the T-Top was the canopy. I couldn’t very well install the tower without at least a top cover.

After waiting a reasonable period, and the remaining items did not arrive I called your facility only to be told they were on back order and should arrive in 2 ½ weeks. When the balance of the order did not arrive, 3 weeks later, I again called inquiring about delivery. Again I was told they should be shipped in 2 ½ weeks. Again, the supplier was blamed for the delay. August 25th I received the “universal mount”.

The canopy arrived September 17th. Due to weather conditions and business obligations I was not able to begin assembling the structure until October 10th. Fortunately I had the foresight to assemble the unit in my garage for a “trial fit” before drilling holes in my boat. The rear most clamp assembly on the port side was ¼” out of alignment and would not fit the top assembly.

I contacted Stryker October 13th explaining the problem and asking for help resolving the problem. I provided Stryker with photos and dimensions illustrating the problem and was informed the problem had been forwarded to the warehouse for advice. On October 14th, after not hearing from Stryker I inquired again and was told the warehouse was reviewing the problem and someone would get back to me. No one called. On October 15th I called again and was told the person was going into a meeting with the “Boss” and the warehouse to discuss the problem. I again asked to be called with the results of the meeting. No one called but I did receive an e-mail with a link to a “Return Authorization” form.

Not having heard from Stryker regarding a reasonable solution I took steps to make the assembly work but it is not as neat as it should be. But the STRYKER logo will be obvious to anyone anticipating purchasing a DYI T-Top.

The response is ridiculous! The authorization stipulates “In the original packaging”, “25% restocking charge after 30 days” and, “shipping is not refundable”. I did not return the product under these conditions.

Review: I ordered a Stryker T top on Sept. 8 due to be delivered on the 14th of September. I have not received half of my T top or the canvas. It is September 28th and Stryker has billed my credit card for the entire order at the time of purchase. Stryker has yet to give me a date of delivery for the rest of my order.Desired Settlement: I want Stryker to credit my account back for the entire amount until I receive my entire order.

Review: An order for their product was placed and paid for with a promise from Stryker for a specific delivery date. The promised delivery date of 7-27-2015 has passed and only a portion of the order has been delivered. Furthermore, Stryker will not respond to e-mails concerning when I will receive the remainder of the order placed on June 12, 2015. Stryker gave no indication of items being back ordered or delays in shipments until after payment for all items had been made. That's when I was informed of the July 27, 2015 delivery date. We are now in September and I am still awaiting several items from the original order. (no rocket launchers (5 rod) or grab handles (2)).Desired Settlement: Stryker T-tops should fulfill the commitments they have accepted compensation for and cease to accept new orders until such time as they have corrected their supply chain issues. They should also not be allowed to charge customers for orders until those orders are shipped.

Specifically, I want the remainder of my order shipped to me as agreed upon immediately.

Please Please read all complaints before ordering. They are not false statements, and partnering with with company would be a mistake. Their lack of communication and the same excuse of blaming the Port of Long Beach is their standard statement for everything. It would be well worth spending a little more and ordering a T-top from somewhere else.

I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com but it appears this company does not care the way they are viewed by the public. They would rather charge your credit card and make you wait months to complete your order. They think if they send you partial orders you would not complain.

Also their outside vendors are no better. I've waiting 3 weeks for a canvas top that was suppose to be made in Florida. I'm starting to not believe that either.

Review: I purchased a SG300 T-Top package on 7/10/15. To date I have only received the frames and a universal mount. My included a canvass top, 2 grab handles, an electronics box and rod holder (5 rod). I have contacted customer service several times get basically same answer each attempt, "will ship in two weeks". I also asked for tracking information to be to me via email no response.Desired Settlement: 1. I want to be made whole on my purchase.

2. Stryker to post honest reviews on their website.

3. Send detailed shipping information to their customers.

4. Stop advertising false delivery dates when purchasing items.

5. If not resolved - Removal of their business license to prevent further customer dissatisfaction. (They should not be allowed to run a business that ties up customer cash for months on end and lying to their customers during the process. )

Review: I ordered a stryker t top on 8/29/2015 and received it on 9/14/2015. However the canvas for the top was not included in the package. I called the company and they told me they were back ordered and will be shipped out in 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by and no canvas. I called them again, and they stated in 2 weeks they will ship the canvas out. Still no canvas. I called once again, after several attempts and finally the person at customer service stated another week and 1/2 and it will be shipped out. No canvas as of yet. I called several times, including today (10/20/2015) with no answer, just leave a message. This is unacceptable! They sold me a package without informing me they didn't have the canvas and I paid for the whole package. So, I have no canvas for my t top. I have been promised delivery on numerous dates that have passed and every time I call they give me a standard line that they will have the product in another two weeks. This has gone on for over 5 months!

Unfortunately, this is the exact same response I have received from the Stryker T-tops customer service representatives every time I have called about this issue for the past 6 months. Until I receive the item that I paid for in full on 2/16/2015 this matter still remains unresolved.
