Relationship w Magazine Boutique Begin July 2017.
Owner of Mag..Contacted Me through Instagram DM offering for me to be Featured in an Issue.
Her company fulfilled my expectations, giving me no need to question any further business.
I made other purchases. And later offered to be on Cover of Mag in Feb 2018- which then turned into March 2018. No Problem.
Agreed. Invoice was Pd. I was given January 15 to Submit My Pics and other Rhetoric. Shortly after I was advised of Presale Opportunities (for family, friends, etc).
In addition I and My Mother Paid Several Hundred Dollars...and other Supporters. Enough for the Magazine to Be Sold Out for the Month of March. According to the Owner, *** Magazine Issue Sold 323 Magazines.
Out of My Purchases and Other Supporters. I have ONLY received 12 Magazines.
I was reluctant to processing a refund, bc I work in Entertainment and am an Insurance Broker.. So The Magazine Issue & My story was a method of me Advertising.
The reputation of My Career as an Entertainer and Potential Clients is in Jeapardy due to the Unprofessionalism of this Company.

Other (requires explanation) Total Refund! Because They are a Marketing Business, They Have Caused Grave Damages to My Ability to Promote and Market My Business, by Not Delivering on the Fully Purchased Merchandise. My Credibility Has Been Questioned on Account of Their Negligence. I Would Like a Full Investigation.
Said person ordered but we found out our magazines were being sold from her. She has 15 copies and got a refund already. We are suing due to slanderous comments made while she has a refund. We can provide proof refund was optionally offered and refused.
