Great business....for them!! The reviews below tell you everything you need to know. Dont believe me, go ahead, give them a shot. After "your" webpage is up and running, google it. Bet it has their contact information. Click the "contact us" button in your page. HAHA, wrong again. Cancel the subscription and guess what, you get the boot immediately, but "your" webpage remains active. This is a scam. DO NOT use this service. You will never see any positive results!!
Actually, we do not have our company information listed on the website we build for you. This is incorrect. When you click contact us, either we can handle your customer service OR you can handle that yourself by setting the appropriate option in your back office. Some clients prefer that we handle it which is why we offer that option. Yes, if you choose to cancel your subscription using the back office, it closes the account and you are no longer charged a service fee monthly. That is exactly how cancelling a service should work. We make it as easy as possible to close and cancel the account. For customers that purchase their own domain, they can take the website down whenever they wish. If we register the domain on behalf the customers, we gladly xfer the domain to them should they want to use it for something else. Nearly every point made in this review is not accurate.
I like this company because they made a hard job very simple for me. Rather than creating my own site from scratch, and placing orders by hand with a wholesaler, and taking care of all the shipping & customer service... I just get to advertise my store, and they fulfill the orders that come in. Its great and I wish I would have just gone with them from the start.
They never send commissions on time(Im not talking about days...It’s been 3month and when I asked them the answer is always:We look into it... The first month they did ,but after that I always had to complain and ask for my money.They still own me so if you planning to make money with them,good luck!The other thing was to follow your sales,I understand that not every person buys the product,and maybe puts into the shopping cart without buying it,but it was really interesting ,when I saw ,that many people left my page in shopping cart, and I didn’t have sales.I always had enough sales to pay their monthly fee, and when I told them ,I want to close my account, I suddenly received more sales. I don’t recommend them to anyone.
Commissions are sent monthly. However, there is a commission payment threshold that is defaulted at $100 when you open your site with us. Once your commissions reach $100 a commission check is generated and sent to you. Our clients are able to control the Payment Threshold value using their back office. So if you want a check sent as long as the commissions owed exceed $20, simply change that value in the back office.
Your account back office also has an ONLINE REPORTS section. The minute an order is placed by a customer, you will see that the order appears under the ONLINE REPORTS section. I can assure you that we do not purchase products off your stores just cause you suggested you want to cancel. That would be completely counter productive and the cost of placing the orders would far exceed the amount of money we get from you for the monthly service fee. The reason you may be seeing a large number of "abandoned carts" is bots. Search engine bots will follow every link on your site but since bots are unable to complete the checkout process, that is where it is abandoned.
If you ever have a doubt about whether we are crediting you with your orders, simply place a test order and you will immediately see it in your reports. We strive to continually improve our system and appreciate all feedback.
This company is a scam. Ones they tell you everything you want to hear and tell you once the site is up they will walk you though everything, that is not true. You can no longer get ahold of that person. They tell you that you will buy wholesale and sell for retail no true. I have been scammed for lots of money and they keep giving me the run around and not my money. I have proved to them that I have been scammed and they just come up with another excuse. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and I should have read reviews before I went though with this because they have a lot of bad reviews.
This customer has been difficult since signing up for our services. We have made every attempt to placate the client to no avail. The one complaint that they had was that they believed our wholesale pricing is not truley wholesale. I have explained to them how drop shipping works repeatedly and have illustrated with links to websites selling the same products as we offer showing that our pricing is substantially lower than what is offered at retail online. However, since they were able to find a single seller on Amazon selling it for cheaper, they believe our pricing is not actual wholesale. I explained that drop shipping wholesale is different than bulk purchasing and that naturally if you are a bulk purchaser stocking your own inventory and handling shipping yourself, you will get deeper discounts than you can drop shipping. They refused to accept this explanation and thus the accusations of being a scam started.
I have personally responded to every support request and have in our log over 70 emails of communication between our company and this customer. So their accusation of us not communicating them is simply untrue. I would gladly provide every email as evidence of this.
We have very few negative complaints online and have maintained a stellar rating on Revdex.com for many years. Unfortunately you cannot please every client and this client seems to be wanting to extort us for something free. We have a 14 day money back guarantee at which time the client could have requested a refund. They did not do so within the allotted time frame.
But since we saw that the client was unhappy, we attempted to work with them. We provided advice on how to market their website. (We do not offer marketing services at all). So this advice was not part of our agreement. We also waived 6 months of their service fees which is a value of $360 and we gave them some complimentary upgrades to their site at no cost valued at over $500.
Our company provides drop shipping services and technology solutions allowing clients to start an online turnkey webstore. We provide the website, hosting, payment processing, inventory, inventory management including integrating products on their site and updating inventory levels, processing of orders and shipping for them. We have provided all this as promised for this customer.
However, it appears this customer in not very familiar with how to promote their website online and after finding a single seller on Amazon selling one of the products we offer (we offer over 20K products), they determined that we are a scam and gave up on promoting their business.
It is not our responsibility to promote our clients websites nor do we advertise or imply that we offer that service.
I would gladly provide every email/support ticket of our communication as well as countless examples of our wholesale pricing of products selling on competing websites at retail proving that our pricing is certainly wholesale.
