Excellent !!!! We needed to have a short close time and ABS helped get it done. They went above and beyond with closing, a few changes and personally coming and showing us everything about our new home??

Having ABS Homes build our home was a great experience. Jesse and Olivia S are great to work with. The entire process was as smooth as building a home can be. Their follow up after we moved in was also top notch. We love our home. It is exactly what we wanted, from floor plan to quality. I highly recommend ABS Homes.

It’s like pulling teeth from start to finish with no follow through. Still waiting to get things resolved after moving in 7 months ago.
Sorry for the late response I just saw the review that was left. I am sorry you felt that way. I have on record that we have been back to your home on several occasions to fix items since you have move in. If there are still any outstanding items you should call our office. Sometimes if you tell the guys in the field the messages do not get back to the office and then we have no way to track progress and make sure the items are getting resolved. Please at your earliest convenience call the office to discuss any items you are not pleased with.
I contacted ABS in June 2017. They were super friendly and seemed to have great products and 3d views of their homes. The sales office in Albuquerque seemed professional. But, after 8 months of visits, phone calls, emails, and texts (now the end of January 2018), we still did not have a price to build our custom home. They went through two designers and two sales managers during this time with NO communication with us about the layoffs/quits. The owner accepts no responsibility for the employees actions: a terrible way to operate a business, with lousy customer communication/service. I have thrown $6000 into the project and have nothing to show for it, except for some floor-plan drawings. I can't imagine how they have actually built and sold houses - (a few in Abq but many in Hobbs).
I am sorry for your frustration but we take full responsibility for our employees actions. Due to the lack of communication, construction knowledge, and professionalism that our sale managers had we made the very hard decision to close our Albuquerque location because we did not feel that we could properly serve our customers in northern NM from our location in Hobbs. I do apologize that you were caught In the middle of all this going on but I’m sure you can appreciate that we had the foresight to not continue doing business this way. I like you know this is no way to do business.
The $6000 you spent on surveys is not wasted because no matter who you build with you will need it. The mountain side you would like to build on will be very difficult.
Again please accept my sincere apology for this unfortunate situation.
