Stuart B Kincaid Medical Offices

Late last June I visited Dr. Kincaid to inquire about a facelift. I ended up agreeing to a full facial costing over $20,000. However, I couldn't pass the physical because my blood pressure was too high. Over the next few days, I developed another medical problem. So I called the representative assigned to me, [redacted], and told her I wanted to cancel the surgery for medical reasons. She said she understood and would take care of it. Dr. Kincaid has not refunded to me the $13,468.00 check that I wrote to him on June 27th. He did cash the check. He has also failed to call the [redacted] company, which made a loan for $7,000 to cover the balance of the cost of the surgery. To be clear, I never received the surgery, and I have never seen Dr. Kincaid since the 27th of June.

I have, however, called his office many times. Apparently [redacted] no longer works there, but no matter how many messages I leave requesting to talk to the office manager, their accountant, or Dr. Kincaid himself, I have never received a return call.

And now [redacted] is calling me incessantly. And they have told me that only Dr. Kincaid can release me from the loan obligation. I have explained to them that I never received the services for which the loan was made, and they have earmarked it as a disputed claim, but they are still calling me.

I probably have a legal claim against Dr. Kincaid, but I do not have an attorney. I simply need my money back. And I need the Dr. To take care of the situation with [redacted].
