We had an insurance claim for hail damage. We had Wheatland Roofing do the work, and it was nothing but problems. They damaged the two sun domes we have in our home, plus the crystals were all knocked off a light in one of our bedrooms. That shows how hard they were banging things around on our roof. They banged so hard that they moved our sun domes a good inch. So they wanted me to claim them. This was my first claim and I didn't know better, but I guess I shouldn't have. But now, since I didn't pay them, they are not warrantying my roof, which cost me $18,000, so now I have no warranty on my roof. They said when I pay for the sun domes, then they will warranty my roof. Well, I feel I never damaged them. Why should I pay for them?
And I told them I was going to talk to you guys and see what can be done. I know I want a warranty on my roof, which I rightly paid for.
