I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.All I asked for was responses to my issues and it wasn't until after my complaint to the Revdex.com that anyone reached out to me. Case ID: [redacted]     Mr. [redacted] has lived at this property since October of 2014.  In this time he has never made any attempt to contact us regarding any dissatisfaction with the service he has received,  Our company contact information is available to him on the lease...

agreement he signed as well as being posted in the front entryway of the building.  Additionally since he pays rent to us on a monthly basis he could also have included a note along with his rent.  Our lease agreement requires any notifications to our office to be in writing. His dissatisfaction appears to stem from his attempt to vacate his apartment with less notice than he agreed to when he signed his lease.   Mr. [redacted] was in contact with Mr. [redacted] multiple times over the course of June and July.  Mr. [redacted] additionally tried to contact Mr. [redacted] via phone however Mr. [redacted] stopped responding to his calls so messages were left via voicemail.  It is very surprising that Mr. [redacted] has had these complaints about Mr. [redacted] as there has been no mention of any issues prior to his attempt to vacate early.  We frequently receive compliments regarding the care and attention Mr. [redacted] shows to the residents needs.    As to Mr. [redacted]’s concern regarding the return of his security deposit after vacating the property he can be assured that The his full security deposit plus interest (less any outstanding amounts owed to his account (rent plus late, fees if any) will be returned as stipulated  by Minnesota Statutes.  The full receipt of his security deposit it contingent upon his apartment being vacated without damage in clean condition (excepting normal wear and tear).  Mr. [redacted] has tried to make contact with Mr. [redacted] to provide him with our move-out checklist and explain any questions he may have.  Since this has not been possible we will place a checklist under his door today so he will have it available.   As to Mr. [redacted]  desire to discuss the importance of hiring someone else for our company, we have no intention of replacing Mr. [redacted].  He has been an indispensable member of our team for over 25 years and we have no intention of replacing him.   We take this matter very seriously as our business has been in operation for over 50 years and this is the first complaint of this type I am aware of.  As his Desired Settlement does not constitute any substantive action it can only be presumed that this complaint is a form  of retribution for our enforcement of the terms of his lease agreement.   Sincerely, Gary [redacted] 3441 Bryant Co., L.L.P.
