I gave a deposit of $2000.on 5/29/14. 6/5/14 was told I would recv.a full refund. Have not received
it yet! Office keeps ignoring our calls.
I went to [redacted] office on 5/29/14. On that day, I agreed on having some Dental work done. The office asked for a deposit. We agreed on the $2000. They made me an appt. a future appt.rior to leaving. I called them on 6/5/14 to cancel, since I lost my biggest acct. I explained my problem. Was told they would need to speak to [redacted], D.D.S. I was told the [redacted] said Ok, they would refund the money, per [redacted], on 6/5/14. Since the beginning date I have called every week, spoke to [redacted],& [redacted] They all said the ck. is in the mail. I have not recived it, & on top they keep putting me off. I asked to speak to the [redacted] they won't return any of our calls. When I lastly spoke to Sumi, she said the acct. wrote the ck.last week, this was Monday on 7/7/14. I informed her that I never got it. She was to check with their bkkp. & call me back. Never heard from her as well.
