On Monday morning 8/17/15, the customer arrived at our repair shop about 8am, I talked with the customer about the truck, he stated  " I on;y want my truck fixed, I want the intake replaced, I know the new intake is over $500.00 so you can get a used one that would be fine" although...

nothing is wrong with the intake, the bolt had been drilled and re-threaded as all shop do when bolts break and they are going to brake at over ten years old, in order to end this issue I agreed to replace the intake, however after searching the junk yards I could not locate a used unit and I did purchase a new Dorman intake, I received the intake on 8/18/15, the customer stated he did not want the same guy working on his truck, in order to do as he ask, the truck was not started on until late afternoon on 8/19/15 with a schedule to be done on 8/20/15.     Rob Hines

I received a text message at 5am the day of my wedding that his brother was in a car accident and he would not be at my wedding because he was going to drive out of town. This was a compete valid reason for cancelling last minute. It was the next part of the interactions that made me second guess things. I immediately tried to text him back and I got an auto response saying that he had blocked me from his phone. I was able to find a replacement videographer. I just told him that mine cancelled and gave him Howard's name but did not give him any details. He asked if I was told that "His brother was in a car accident out of town". My heart sunk. Its my wedding day and I had just been duped by this guy. He told me that I am the 3rd bride that contacted him to do an emergency replacement because "his brother was in a car accident out of town." All I could think of was, if this guy has received 3 calls this season, how many more are there? If his brother was really in an accident then I am so sorry for that...but it seems odd that he would have 3 brothers, in car accidents on 3 different brides wedding days. Then the interaction got worse. I checked my email the next day and he sent an email at 11am on the wedding day saying that his brother died and that he could come after all. Then another email at noon saying that it was to late and he would not come. I was not checking emails at that point because I was getting ready to get married, so I had no idea that those were coming though. I then asked for my money back and got this as a reply to that request. I will cut and paste it so you can get a true feeling of what happened. I contemplated how to handle this. I wish that the other brides would have written reviews so I would have known, but most likely they did not know this was a story told more than once. I hope this review prevents any bride from spending the morning of their wedding stressed and crying like I did. After reading this next statement, I do not have to say anything else...his words say it all. This is what I said "I attached a photo of the contract of the $100 you still owe please refund that money back to our [redacted]". Here is Howards response to that. "I will!!! Its 8 oclock in the morning. Thanks for your condolences about my brother. Your not a christian. Dont email me again. Your money will be sent in 5 minutes. Now [redacted] off."
