Mr[redacted] has a third party extended warranty not through our dealershipHis policy did not cover all the labor and parts needed to repair his vehicleAlso, they did not pay full labor rateMr [redacted] was aware of this and gave authorization to move forward with repairHe agreed to pay the remaining balance not covered by extended warrantyThis balance also includes the deductible that is required by his extended warranty

This issue has been resolved and the consumer has been taken care ofHis response back stating it wasn’t handled was incorrectI spoke to the customer after the response and he found that we did in fact do as we said we would and refunded the money to his finance institutionCan we please have this complaint marked resolved? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I spoke with [redacted] at the dealer and was told they would do the labor for $an hr due to the warranty company only covering $as well as instead of the 14hrs they first quoted and found to be excessive my part would be $per [redacted] as well as they broke the oil drain tube when they disassembled the truck but said I had to pay for itWhen I asked about the drain tube I was told it was just one of those things they could not foresee but I still was stuck paying for an item that was fine but damaged due to their negligence [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards,
