Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I understand that stubhub is a 3rd party, as [redacted] is a third party and yet they still refunded me my money, so why can’t you? This is bad business for stubhub as it’s NOT MY FAULT I didn’t attend the gameMaybe Stubhub needs to find a better ‘term and condition’ and I bet I am not the only person who has this issueI can probably find more clients/people who have had this issue and it’s not rightWhy can other ‘third’ parties can refund our money but StubHub cannot? Please be advised this is a follow up to my complaint # [redacted] I received a satisfactory response from StubHub indicating that my refund would be processed, to allow 5-business daysI have followed up with Stubhub twice and I have yet to receive my refundThey indicated my refund was processed but declined? I never knew it was declined until I contacted StubHubI called my credit card company and they had no record of this transactionI have called StubHub twice and still no refundI believe their response was a blatant lie to the Revdex.com and to meCan you please assist me to get my creditI spoke to stubhub on Monday evening and was told I would get a response in 24-hoursIt's days later and still no acknowledgmentPlease help me get the credit refund that Stub Hub indicated would be processedWhen I call to follow up they indicate there is a problem with the transactionReally? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because this issue does not only effect me and there are many people selling tickets in this section that are not aware of this issue admitted in the response you providedI understand that these things take time, but there should be some sort of notification when it is resolved or warning to people selling seats in these sectionsThe customer service I have received when trying to communicate the issue has been awfulFurthermore you say your section is up to date, but when I use your competitor seatgeek, this issue does not occurThey post my tickets exactly how they are listed on the actual ticketThey do not add in nuances like lower level or baselineAll I am saying as a loyal customer that this should have been handled much better,and not to mention that once the issue is resolved Stub hub will make far more commission on the tickets sold in these sectionsI was simply tying to generate more money for you while getting the expected return on my tickets I will be using seatgeek from now on and encourage anyone else to use this site as wellI would happily go back to stubhub should they be willing to be a true ticketing partner and actually listen to their customersIt is a true shame that I had to file a complaint with the Revdex.com just to get my voice heard and for someone to look into this issueFurthermore, I also asked the [redacted] to reach out to ticket holders in these sections and warn them of this issues that stub hub is having with the seat naming convention I am honestly a loyal customer and enjoyed working with you, but poor customer service really leaves a bad taste in my mouth considering I sell and buy around $20K worth of tickets a year on your site Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Interesting StubHub keeps dodging the real issue I relied completely on the misleading picture StubHub posted on its website stating that the picture was a "representative view." The fact that StubHub continues to just throw boilerplate language at me about refund policies is ridiculous My complaint has to do with ADVERTISING and BAIT AND SWITCH None of which have been addressed TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE As a matter of fact, I think the first two paragraphs of StubHub's last reply were just copies of its first response The owners of StubHub should stop for a second, listen to people, and respond to the problem, not just stick their heads in the sand and ignore legitimate issues I am not satisfied with this answer, but propose that StubHub just accept the negative review on its Revdex.com record I am not changing my mind, and StubHub is obviously not willing to make it right I'd rather not get any more responses unless they actually address my concerns Sincerely, [redacted]
