Review: I ordered Toronto Blue Jays tickets online. I purchased 2 tickets at $30 each, plus processing fees. Assuming, I was ordering the hard tickets, there were several ways to have these tickets shipped, USPS, Fed-EX 2 day, e-mail. I am travelling to Toronto on June **th, so I opted for the Fed-Ex 2 day delivery which cost me $25 on top of the price of the tickets and processing fees. My total was almost $100. My tickets arrived today, and I was furious. When I opened the envelope, I saw 2 photocopied tickets, which I could have paid $3 and printed these out on my own computer. I was never told that these tickets were photocopies. I believe this company does this all the time. This is a scam! I wanted the hard tickets, and all I received were copies. Who's to say, these will not be legit when I get to Toronto, then what am I supposed to do?Desired Settlement: I would like the company to refund the $25, minus $3 for the e-delivery service.

1. If we would have hard tickets we would of shipped hard tickets. we never advertised anywhere that these tickets are hard tickets.

2. If you look at the site there are some clients who advertise "hard traditional" tickets. if you wanted hard tickets you should of emailed or call for it prior to purchasing tickets.

3. Buyer paid for fedex standard overnight shipping fee for $25. Stubworld paid for this fee and shipped via fedex.

You are asking us to refund you for a service which we paid for. We do not make any money on your shipping. "this is NOT how we get over people"

4. All over the site email fee is $7.50 not $3.00 only if seller chooses this method for delivery. This is not always offered.

5. Credit card companies require a singed receipt which is done when we ship with fedex. This is why we prefer shipping tickets with a reliable company and do not put tickets in a regular white envelope which would only cost 0.46.

6. There are plenty of teams that do not print out any hard traditional tickets anymore. Miami heat, Atlanta Braves Etc. go onto the website where you purchased your tickets again and you will see all sellers do not offer e­ delivery for this event.

7. You clicked that you read the terms and conditions prior to ordering the tickets. if you would of actually read this you would of never have had any issues regarding this purchase.

We guarantee that all of our tickets will work 100% if buyers are looking for hard tickets please email/call PRIOR to purchasing tickets.

In the response, they keep saying to e-mail the company before buying the tickets. THERE IS NO WAY TO KNOW WHO IS SUPPLYING THE TICKETS UNTIL YOU GET AN INVOICE, AFTER PAYMENT.

In response to the client saying they have no Idea who the seller is clearly shows that they did look at the website and they did agree to pay for a service which was given. As a consumer it is your job to research what you are buying prior to finalizing an order. On the website there is a phone number to call if you have any question regarding any tickets. Are they hard tickets? what method of delivery we offer etc,

You choose for FedEx delivery. We shipped tickets via FedEx delivery. (we do not make any money off the delivery). There is absolutely no reason for a refund for your FedEx shipping which you agreed upon.

Stubworld guarantees entry to the game with tickets, not the appearance of tickets. (hard, groups, season, ticketfast or color).

You have no way of knowing if the tickets we have are even able to be emailed. Ticketfast tickets are sometimes sent to us via Usps, FedEx ups from clients who cannot use their tickets. email is only an option when advertised. (email option when advertised is not $3).

In closing always check with a seller, website if tickets are hard stock season tickets or not. And ask about their shipping service. Don't complain after the fact. Always do your due diligence BEFORE the sale not after.
