Stucco by Tom (2010) Inc

Complaint[redacted] Failed to complete warranty work. Work was completed Fall 2013- stucco was found splattered on windows, all over brand new deck material, and stucco'd poorly around window casings and sofit. Also, cracks found all throughout stucco and one wall stucco'd improperly. We called several times for the mess made and for the cracks. Company attempted to clean windows and deck x1 and job was very poorly done and mess remained. Company was called several times about the cracks and [redacted] returned the call promising the work to be done Summer 2014, it is now Winter 2014 and work is not completed, he has promised that our house will be completed this coming up spring but we have been told the company has moved back to B.C. We have tried to reach Stucco By Tom multiple times after finding out company has moved and we have not been able to reach the company or have received any phone calls/emails.Desired SettlementWe would like our house re-stucco'd professionally and properly and our deck, windows, window casings, and sofit cleaned professional and properly.
