[redacted] has taken care of my gutters for several years and as he's cleaning them, he checks the condition of the eaves and makes sure the gutters are secured to the house. He always contacts me if he sees a repair that needs to be made. I have been very satisfied with his work and attention to detail.

Did the miniumum amount of work, asked for more money, didn't get it and lef the job unfinished.We paid 1800 dollars up front as the first half of the total to get started on or near May 10. He has done some work, but at this point has stopped all work on the painting job we hired him to do. The work he has done so far is (in our opinion) sub optimal quality, and he has made questionable progress over a prolonged period of 1.5 weeks. As a result, his ask for 875 additional dollars was denied on Friday when we visited the house to see how much work had been done. (he was unable to produce any receipts for materials to support an ask of additional money) He told us he would be working through the weekend, and I agreed to come back Saturday to see if he made some progress to warrant additional money. He was not there on Saturday, and he had clearly packed up his equipment, and walked off the job doing no additional work shortly after our meeting. Phone calls were not returned. Desired Settlement1000 dollars returned to us for the incomplete, and generally shoddy work.
