Over cut limbs crossing yard boundary under contract with neighbor. Cut trees down completely in my yard without permission.
On Sat April 4th *** Tree service came into my back yard without my permission and cut down two trees completely 4' into my backyard yard adjacent to the boundary line. They were under contract with my neighbor Mr. Howsrd *** to clear trees around his pool in his backyard. Additionally, they came into my backyard and delimbed another tree 20' into my yard by climbing it, leaving it a 30' limbless trunk. When questioned, they said they had permission of my neighbor to cut the trees. When I stated I never have permission, and what were they going to do about the limbless trunk, they wanted $400 from me to take it down. My neighbhorstated he did not give them permission to cut trees only limbs that were over the boundary.
