In response to this initial complaint MrJames M*** sent me an email nine days ago with a pdf copy of the Ad that he says was given to the local golf course. In his email he said he was going to mail me a hard copy but I never did receive anything from him or his company

We have been trying to contact customer at the number we have on file ***, and we are having issues with the calls going through to the number we have on fileWhen we have made contact with someone we have left messages to call us back Emails have also been sent to customer at this
email *** and we have not received a response We would like to resolve the issue with the customer, but we need some way to be able to communicate with her The additional charge was for a early renewal for years & The account manager she was working with received an email response from her on 9/7/saying yest she agreed to the renewal She can contact our Customer Service Manager directly at ***

A copy of the guide was mailed out to the customer on 8/9/to the address we have on file.*** *** *** ***
*** ** ***We never received a returned envelope that it was not delivered. We would be more than happy to mail another copy out to the customer for their records. Is there another mailing address we can send a copy of the guide to so we can resolve this issue?

Jasmine,The book that they bought into, *** ***, is in production and the client has been given multiple ads in the book to make up for the wait time, including a Premium Spot on the scorecard page I have attached a pdf version of two of their spots and will be mailing out a copy to the
customer early next week I have left a voicemail for the client, but have not heard back yet.I expect to follow up with her in the morning

The customer was printed and sent to the course months agoHe has seen his adsThere was a printing issue that we are correcting on the next batch to the courseThe customer is aware of this and will be receiving his updated prints as soon as we get some copies in house. Thanks,James

I called the golf course and they stated they have not received any course guides from Direct Fairways

These books have been published and have been on the course for a couple of months Unfortunately, as we just found out this week, they arrived shortly after the course was closed for the season, but the client has not lost any advertising time The ads that she purchased include a full
year of advertising in the course guide and that time will officially begin when the course reopens for the season.I have spoken with the client and sent her a printed copy of the book I also reassured her that, while it took longer than expected to get the books to the course, she has not lost any of the advertising time that she paid for I also apologized for the lack of communication from some of our reps, we are a young company are are still building our customer service policies out. The company is only offering a small portion of the money they took from us for services never renderedThey are offering but yet they took I want a full refund

I have repeatedly tried to get a hold of *** His ad was produced and sent to the course a while ago I do not know who he spoke to at the course, but they gave him misinformation His ad was published, as promised and we sent him a hard copy in addition to an email containing a
pdf of the page he was on in the book. Thanks, James

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] and addressed his concerns.  We have come to a mutually agreeable resolution.

We have had this customer's account submitted for a refund with our accounting department since 8/16/17.  Per the notes in our accounting file they have tried reaching the customer by phone to get an updated expiration date for the credit card # on file so they can complete the refund...

process.  Per the accounting notes they have not been contacted back with updated information to process the refund. I called this afternoon ([redacted] and left a voicemail for customer to call me back directly with updated credit card expiration date so we can process his refund.  My direct # is [redacted] Customer Service Manager.  We would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

A copy of the yardage guide is being shipped out to the customer today 7/15/16.   We have completed the advertisement, and the yardage guides are also being shipped out to the course to be distributed.

We have made multiple attempts to contact customer to resolve issue.  9/21/17 called, rang once then got a busy signal at 4:24pm.  9/22/17 11:35am rang twice then got a busy signal.  9/26/17 sent email at 12:01pm (no response).  9/29/17 called, rang once then got a busy signal at 4:54pm.  Please contact our customer service manager directly at [redacted], or email ([redacted]).  We are looking forward to resolving this issue.
