Response in reference to customer complaint, regarding ice cream refund, with Revdex.com A customer that we now know as [redacted] came in about the time Blue Bell voluntarily recalled all of their products The customer was confrontational with the cashier at Studebakers Pizza, demanding a refund for a scoop of ice cream she allegedly purchased a few days before Nobody at the restraunt recognized her as having recently purchased anything at the store and she did not provide any proof of a purchase Customer stated Blue Bell told her to come to Studebakers Pizza for a refund In this type situation the customer would of been offerred a replacement product or store credit, if it was found she made a purchase The customer stormed out of the restraunt apparently unsatisfied, and flipped everyone off as she did A follow up with Blue Bell was madeThey stated they would never ask a customer to request a refund for a scoop of ice cream
