On June 13th the client reached out to our company for our servicesShe was then enrolled for our services on the same day of June 13th After signing up for our services the client then made herself ineligible by enrolling into schoolAccording to the client she had made phone calls but unfortunately we never received any of thoseWe then received an email stating that the client was trying to reach out for cancellation We reached back out to the client and cancelled out her account for our services on August 23rd, Her account is cancelled with us and no further action is necessary to resolve this matter
