The phone number does not accept phone calls. Since this standard was not met, I'd like to now reject that my complaint was resolved, which I can't do in your system. submission. All client's are asked to please carefully read the legal Agreements and all of its attachments, and make sure that all pages are signed and dated where indicated. The client must be sure to retain a copy of all documents for their records.Company provides document preparation services to assist consumers who are applying for Federal Student Loan Consolidation Services using Department of Education (“DOE”) forms. Company is a private company, not affiliated with any government agency, and for a fee company will assist in assembly of loan consolidation documents or other application documents for student loan debt assistance programs offered by the Department of Education. Do keep in mind the loan servicers off the same progrms for a free service. Company is not a lender, a debt consolidation company, or a law firm and does not provide legal advice or act as Client’s legal counsel in front of the Department of Education.Fees that Client Pays. The payment of $1,314.00 for Company’s services relating to the student loan assistance applications, their preparation, delivery to Client and ongoing support are executed by a Third Party ( Equitable Acceptance Corporation) in a separate document using a Revolving Credit Plan that is agreed with them to set up.Client should review the separate Revolving Credit Plan which sets the schedule for the fees that the Client will be charged. The Revolving Credit Plan pays all authorized services provided by Progress Advocates Group under this Agreement for 48 months. In no way does Progress Advocates Group offer its own Credit Plan or administer the Revolving Credit Plan offered by Equitable Acceptance Corporation. The agreement that is signed for the Revolving Credit Plan is only the method chosen to pay for the services of Progress Advocates Group as outlined in the agreement and nothing more.Important Disclosure. The client may, of course, try to complete their own applications and consolidate for loans themselves without paying anyone a fee – the results could be the very same or they might vary. However, our services are private and focused; we wade through all the paperwork and the Department of Education websites and applications, finding the documents that the client needs. Then we take the time to accurately prepare the documents for each client backed by our company's guarantee.

The number 657-242-3922 is set up to leave a voicemail, we tested it out and it works just fine, the wait time to contact clients back is 48 hours.
