Hello ***,We have already refunded all of the money that was requested by [redacted] , I can send you a confirmation if neededOn July 30th Ms [redacted] told me that she would remove the complaint herself[redacted] ***Office:(888) [redacted] ext.***Fax:(888) 528-D Clairemont Mesa Blvd #307San Diego, Ca 92117www.studentaidinstitute.org

Revdex.com: I agree with some parts of the reply but a few points are flawedI have attached a screen shot of the person I have been in contact with and his name definitely is ***And I have spoken with him no less than weeks agoI tried to get the point across that I did not want to do business with this company any more but all he would do is pitch more information and tell me I should just go along with the planThere is obviously a breakdown in communication in this business since I was supposedly dealing with a woman advisorThe main reason I would like to cancel services and ask for my refund is that the services pitched to me and the services I have received are different storiesBefore I had paid any money there was no talk of giving you guys power of attorney or access to my w2sI do not wish to talk with anyone else about the situation because I know all they will try and do is talk me into keeping the account openI just wish to receive my full refund and go about paying my loans the regular wayThank you very much for hearing me out Regards, [redacted]

We spoke with the client directly and satisfied her concerns She was refunded and the file was cancelled She said she was going to withdraw her complaint with the Revdex.com and we thought that would remedy the situation Having these types of reports on the Revdex.com site hurts our business The Revdex.com notes that the complaints are satisfied yet they are still attached to our business on the Revdex.com website Our goal in this matter was to have the complaint removed all togetherFrom our understanding only the client has that authority Hopefully, that is what will occur

Hello ***! [redacted] and I resolved the issue and she assured me that she was going to delete the complaint and asked me not to respond to itWhat do I do? [redacted] ***Office:(888) [redacted] ext.***Fax:(888) [redacted] D Clairemont Mesa Blvd #307San Diego, Ca 92117www.studentaidinstitute.org

SAI performed the consolidation and repayment placement it was hired to do Once we found out the client was upset, SAI offered to refund all of the monthly fees the client has paid, even though SAI has performed a re-submission on behalf of the client SAI will still refund the client the monthly fees and will continue to resubmit for the client if needed at no cost

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To date, I have not received a refund from the Student Aid Institute as stated in their response.] Regards, [redacted]

This is in regards to complaint # [redacted] we have already cancelled Ms [redacted] 's account and refunded her[redacted] ***

Again, I have reviewed client's file and see that we have requested the documents to submit the consolidation times The client never complied to our request If she would have provided what was needed, her new payment would be and estimated $65, which is far lower than her current payment of $ I spoke with the agent who handled her account and he is one of our most respected agents He has never had a complaint from a client He is most noted for treated his clients with utmost respect they deserve I understand the client is upset and feels that complaining through the Revdex.com is her recourse We have over clients and we have delivered what we promised SAI has issued close to refunds to clients for a multitude of reasons Failure to cooperate with us for months and then making up disparaging statements about an agent is not one of them I would be more than happy to discuss this with the client and see if we can come to an amicable arrangement [redacted] CEO

I have reached out to client by phone and email with no response back Our firm has been waiting on the client to provide the documents needed to submit the application for his consolidation We have attempted multiple times to collect these docs and at no point has the client conveyed any concerns or displeasure with our service I am here to assist him in any matter necessary to remedy the situation We are still waiting for him to reply so that we can arrange to collect his docs and process his application The client has never requested a refund from any of our employees If he would have, the company would have obliged I would like to hear from the client via phone or email and once that occurs, if he requests a refund, it will be given [redacted] CEO

As stated before, SAI has never advertised on the radio But in the end, that has no bearing on this situation We have attempted multiple times to collect the documents needed to submit the client's file We have been working with the client for over year Client has promised to give us the docs needed and then does not follow through

First of all, I reached out to the client and he did not answer and his phone would not give me the option to leave a voicemail I checked the notes on his account and the last correspondence from him was on September 9th, not the date he has given Also, the account manager on his file is a woman, not a man, so there is no record of him asking for a refund As for the request of documents, those are needed to complete the submission on his file He was aware of those documents needed the day he signed his agreement with our firm I would like to speak with the client at his convenience to go over his concerns [redacted] CEO

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowA sales presentation that failed to disclose key conditions of the offerI was withheld terms of the contract services until I paid a couple of payments for the servicesI was not told I need to give power of attorney for my loans until after the fact I was signed up.I was getting hassled for a while to give them wdocuments and power of attorney and I was not willing to give them that when I found out I had toI recently emailed the sales person about terminating my contact with them and everything was smoothThen she said she had to run my request for a refund by her CEO and she would give me an answerShe emailed me back the next day saying my request was deniedI paid close to dollars for services I was never able to receiveI believe it's only right I am refunded what I spentI would like to solve this issue with as little hassle as possible [redacted]

I spoke with [redacted] and discussed her concerns SAI issued a refund of her partial enrollment fee SAI sent an email confirming the cancellation of her file and confirming the refund [redacted] has my contact information and I've offered to advise and assist her with any help she made need in regards to her federal student loans [redacted] , CEO

My name is Alisha ***I went through these people because I wanted to do a forgiveness of debt on my student loanThey stated that I had to pay them $450.00, which this would go towards my student loanI paid them in installments form October until January 2015.I am totally not satisfied with anything that these people have doneThe money did not go towards my student loanThe lady later stated that the money was for a service fee that I didn't know anything aboutThen they changed their numberAfter called Fed loan services about my account, which I didn't know that I had until I tried to create an accountI found out that they people at the student loan institute created an account for me and was not planning on giving me my user ID or passwordShe stated that, that's how she was able to keep track on my accountBut I didn't have access to keep track of my own accountIs that even legal, to create an account for someone without them knowingI was totally upset at the fact that they made an account without my knowledge and was keeping my user ID and password from me I think that these people are a fraud I feel that these people owe me my money in the amount of $ All of the information that they gave to me was a lieI am totally not satisfied with these people at all I hate that I ever worked with these people

SAI took on this client in April of WE made attempts to collect the documents needed to submit her consolidation In June we received an email from the client stating how thankful she was to have SAI working on her behalf At no point did she request a refund and disclose her concerns SAI has made every attempt to perform on the client's behalf and has received no cooperation SAI does not claim to be apart of the Federal Government We are a third party, independent processing firm that handle the submission process for it's clients

I recently put in a complaint against the Student Aid Institute I would like to rescind that complaint against the company I have talked to them and resolved my issue with them myself [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The business did not fulfil the agreement that was made Per phone conversation and email correspondence with Student Aid Institute staff member [redacted] , our loans were to be consolidated at a lower monthly payment and all loans qualified for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program All figures on the amount of the loans being forgiven by their business were drafted based on all loans qualifying in a year forgiveness Per a phone conversation with [redacted] , another staff member at Student Aid Institute, she told us that this spousal consolidation loan was the first time they had ever run into this type of loan and had to research what to do She advised us that she would not be charging us the monthly service fee until she was able to figure out the problem To this date the monthly service fee is not being drafted from our account because [redacted] up to this point had not felt that they had finished the consolidation of the loans After numerous attempts to get information from [redacted] we were finally able to reach [redacted] who advised us the [redacted] had left for a medical issue She also confirmed that they did not know of this type of loan Seems that if you are student loan specialists you maybe would be up to date and aware of all of the possibilities.Because the spousal consolidation loan is not lumped in with all of the other loans and we have to pay that separate we are actually making a higher payment then prior to getting involved with the Student Aid Institute. This response from the business claiming that now the spousal consolidation loan is able to be forgiven is the first time anyone has said anything to us about that years is not years as was advised to us by the staff at Student Aid Institute This loan is also part of ***'s loans so the amount of her loans that is on the document is still not consolidated in full With this information and the fact that they still have not drawn their monthly fee because staff was still trying to figure out the problem, we are requesting full refund of the origination fee and for the Student Aid Institute to cease and desist representing us.I would be happy to provide the Revdex.com with all email correspondence and any phone messages that I can locate from [redacted] , or [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Please understand that, SAI did NOT offer to refund any monthly fees at all They ignored tons of my calls and emails once the issue was bought to their attention In fact, the only email response I got from their CEO, stating that they will not be able to issue a refund for me since I still qualify for loan forgiveness and they did succeed in lowering my payment I still have the original email and can forward it to you as proof In addition, I had to go to my bank and asked them to block SAI from their monthly automatic withdrawal since I asked SAI numerous times, over a month period, to deactivate my account once I discovered this faux business I want a full-refund back from SAI This was not what I signed up This is one horrible and repulsive agency, even at this particular moment they would still lie and state that they have tried to offer me a refund yet in reality no such peculiar gesture has ever taking place Regards, [redacted]

Not sure what the client's response is here I've offered to refund more than the months in a different email SAI performed the services it was paid to do and the client received a consolidation and repayment placement I've offered to refund and have asked for the client to confirm that amount, which is far greater than what SAI would be required to do under the agreement the client signed
