I am rejecting this response because:
When I called, I politely told the staff member that I had called the previous day and was instructed to call back and request speaking with the manager about the situationI was immediately put on hold by the staff memberWhen the staff member returned he stated that I would not be reimbursedI was not told that the manger was in a meeting but had I been told that the manager was in a meeting and I would later have the opportunity to speak with him at a later time, I would have been understanding because at least then I would be able to speak with himAfter being told that they would not reimburse me for the cost, I was not told to call back, nor was I asked to leave any contact information for the manager to contact meI then told the staff member that he could tell his manager that I would be contacting the Revdex.comI accept that this situation could have, and should have been handled differently on both sides of the argument; more patience from myself, as well as more clarification on SAMI's sideIf I came across as ignorant and rude while on the phone, I apologize, but the reason for why the manager did not speak with me directly could have been made more clearI understand that SAMI will not be reimbursing me for the cost of the tire, even though it is clear that the only place I would have picked up that screw would have been from their construction site

Mr. [redacted] contacted our office and was extremely rude to our staff member answering the phone. He then demanded to speak with the manager. At the time I was in a meeting and the staff member interrupted the meeting to tell me about the call. I told him to tell him we would not pay for a new tire...

and the man could call back. After my meeting I was informed by my staff that he told the man on the phone what I had told him and the man hung up on him. He left no phone number or name. The screw in his tire could have been picked up anywhere and there is no evidence that exact screw came from the work being done across the street. On another note, to repair a tire with a screw in it does not require a new tire. I have had many of tires patched due to a screw or a nail and it never cost me $100. The screw in the tire is an unfortunate incident but does not give anyone reason to call and treat people in the manner with which he treated a member of our staff. Mr. [redacted] will learn in life that treating people with dignity and respect will go much further than treating others if they are below him. SAMI will not be providing any reimbursement.
