this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I *** *** and *** *** did receive a email from the Vice President of the company on July 20, stating the information that a check was mailed out to us on July 17, At the present time it is July 23, and we have not received a check in the mail like promisedInstead we received a threatening phone call from *** *** being the Vice President of the company on July 22, at 11;pm mountain timeWe request that you please investigate this company and this matter.With the amount of complaints on the Revdex.com website and everything that is going on we would like for this company to be shut downPlease be advised that at this point my husband and I are in the process of getting legal assistants against this company as well as trying to work with the Secretary of state and the Orange county district attorney involved in this issueThis company is a living nightmare and what they do to people is not acceptablewe strongly believe no one should have to go through what my husband and I did with this company as well as the other people that have filed complaints against them

This client and her husband contracted  with our company on February 26, 2015 and on March 9th consulted with our processor for 1 hour. She was informed as to certain documentation we required to proceed. They did not provide that information and requested cancellation on or about March 28. Subsequently, on March 29 they requested to remain enrolled and proceed ahead. They again did not provide the required documentation. On April 25, 2015 the processor, [redacted], contacted the client explaining that due to their lack of cooperation we were cancelling their enrollment. On April 27th the client re-enrolled AGAIN with [redacted]. On June 19 the client paid in full for 2 persons $999.00. Subsequently, [redacted] had a conversation with [redacted] whereby they both agreed a cancellation of any further business was beneficial to all parties. This occurred on or about July 2/3. The issue was brought to my attention and a full refund was placed in the US mail to the [redacted]s' on July 17.  This information was communicated to the [redacted]s by [redacted] in customer service, by [redacted] in processing and by myself because she insisted that a supervisor confirm what the 2 previous persons had already stated, and yet she places a complaint with Revdex.com on July 20. No threats were made to the [redacted]s. Due to their inconsistent behavior a phone call was placed July 22 out of concern for the delivery of the refund asking them to please check their mail.
