Found this website on a random search for help with my student loanI spoke with a representative who basically sold me on the programAfter the phone call I was anxious to put dollars on my prepaid card to give the first payment the following dayBut after doing hours of research I figured out that I was going to pay someone to fill out papers that I could do for freeThe next day I called and to my surprise someone answered on a holiday which is cool, but I was calling to cancel the whole agreementToday I called my card to see why my funds were on hold only to find out that your company was trying to charge $245!! After I was told that I was only to pay the $for the first payment! Good thing I hadn't added the funds or I would have been ripped off

This is a complete hoax! I was promised that after I paid my $563 I would be in the Public Safety Loan forgiveness program and at a lower rate. What was supposed to take 3 months has stretched over 10 and the only thing that has been done is that my loans were consolidated. I could do that myself! You don't get feedback or updates without hounding the crap out of your representative. They don't care what happens to you after you pay your money. I've been waiting 3 weeks now for an update on my account to which [redacted] (my rep) just keeps saying he is so busy and will get back to me. You are better off working with whomever holds your loans in your own! Again, this is a complete waste of time and money!
Received an email from [email protected] stating to call 866-764-4324 for student debt relief. Only business name I can see listed is Student debt Relief. All the information I can find on this number or service states it is a scam. Not sure if you can do much to stop a business like this but figured I would send an fyi on this business.

Staff was helpful, but later I changed my mind about using the service A full refund was provided within hours Very professional

I called to ask for details and they charged my credit card without providing any services and after I stated I want nothing to do with their services
