As an experienced renter, I made sure to take thorough photographic documentation of the premises before moving in When I moved out, I again made sure to prepare a case full of evidence to prove that I was deserving of the return of security deposit I was pleasantly surprised to discover that those efforts were unnecessary I was shocked to find that no attempt was made to swindle my deposit My rent was not raised during the time I resided there(though this is up to Realty Medics' other clients, those who own the property being rented out)
Dealings were professional, and when had unintentionally double paid rent, they were quick to resolve the issue

From when I started to research my rental, Realty Medics have been great. They re-wrote the tenant's lease when taking over, and put everything in order. They have been very responsive in getting repairs done for the tenant. It's a pleasure working with them.

I believe their fees are reasonable and allows us to free ourselves from this real estate accounting and management. I would say the cost/benefit pays for itself. I was looking to rent my home. I emailed a bunch of places. I asked lots of questions. I was only lead to appointments. The Realty Medics are the only team who honestly tried to help answer my questions without making me come in for an appointment. I am now working with them. They have been helpful and super friendly. I have recommended them to a few friends already. If you are looking for someone to take care of you like family this is the company. I am very happy with them!
I have a portfolio of approximately 8 properties being handled by Realty Medics. The team is very professional and thorough. The people doing the renting out and tenant checks seem very good as I've had a minimum of tenant problems. Rent is collected on time, and late rent is collected with the late fees assessed. The home inspection team is very thorough and is good at spotting potential problems.
