Student Group Tours Inchas provided me and my students quality travel at great rates for several yearsI am in my 5th year as a band director and wouldn't even consider using any other agency for my band's traveling needs [redacted] and her team work very hard and will stop at nothing to make sure that my students have an enjoyable experienceAll of the employees are very personable and thoroughly enjoy what they are doingWe once booked our own bus and the bus broke down on the way to DisneyEven though it wasn't their problem, SGT managed to find us a bus to use while our other bus was being repaired (since the bus company was planning to leave us stranded at a McDonald's while they fixed the bus)SGT has connections with several hotels, bus companies, and venues and always find us great group ratesIn addition, they always take care of band directors and will send out backpacks for your students and anything else you could possibly needAll things considered, this company is awesome! As long as I'm able, I'll never use a different company
I have used Student Group Tours for years now and love their customer service and communication and timely feedback They go out of their way to provide phone calls and emails when needed about details [redacted] and her team know a ton about the places we go They even get a representative to travel with us and that is a huge help knowing I'm not having to figure out where to park or tickets or other information! She knows reps all over so she is able to handle our band / choir application process once we submit all the information I have recommended her to other schools and will continue to do so She is celebrating her 10th year in the travel business and there is a reason she has lasted this long! You will be pleased with her services
