Ms ***s - we started your loan forgiveness application in November - we took an application, gathered all your information, sent you to underwriting for an approval and qualified you for the IBR income based program Then in January received your income docs as well as the PLSF that was
completed and sent it to the DOE for consolidation which took place We have been working diligently on your part however it is out of our control if the servicer is not complying with federal law In April we faxed over a forbearance to them as well in July - so we are doing everything on your behalf to request that they honor the legislation that was passed The $monthly service fee that is paid every month is to cover your re-certification, compliance as well as provide you with EZ tax returns that we provide for you every month

Furthermore, my loan holder informed me that the forms that were submitted, which I received from the student advocacy group, were outdated. Also, since Ms. [redacted] has not been employed with said organization and was the only worker assigned to me, I find it downright irresponsible and unprofessional that no one contacted me to let me know who would be handling my case in Ms. [redacted]'s absence. I will definitely let anyone know not to do business with the Student Advocacy group. They took $100 from me and I have nothing to show for it. I do not wish to have any further dealings with them.
