Student Loan Assistance is in the business of helping consumers work through the paperwork potential pitfalls whenconsolidating their federal Student Loans We are paid a fee for these services and t his was disclosed from the beginningto the client We helped set up a new plan on her loan and arranged for a payment plan with her to pay for our services Student Loan Assist did complete the work and received payment as the client requested over an extended payment plan We believe we disclosed the cost of the service and completed our work for which we were paid This was completed last fall as requested by the client.Sincerely, [redacted]

We did her consolidation, but she did not want to move forward when the income base part came into play and wanted money back and cancel I explained we did the consolidation and needed to finish but she said no and wants money back That is not our refund policy since we did the loan and no good reason to cancel

We have destroyed all personal information regarding the client in question pet their requestWe have also removed them all of our contact and database systems so they will not be contacted any furtherThanks *** [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] They said in their letter that they do not give out emails, but didn't say they don't give out phone numbers Did they give my phone number to another company? How can I mix up their company with another company when the company I call back says they got my number from them? If there is another company that somehow gets mixed up with them, what is the name of that company? Why not clear it up? I'm guessing that after I concluded my business with them, they gave out my number to other companies, for whatever reason, but might not want to admit that Regards, [redacted]
