I spoke to this client personally on 11/18/The client agrees there was a communication error on when her loans came out of forbearance and the date she was supposed to start making her new Income Based paymentShe did tell me she called and left messages but no one returned her callI am researching what department received those voice mails and why her calls were not returnedHer consolidation was started on 07/11/and was completed 08/29/We emailed the client times over this time period with status updates on her consolidationAt the time we first spoke to this client her monthly student loan payments were $a month and she couldn't afford that paymentAfter her new Income Based plan was completed her new payment is $per monthThis client is happy with her new repayment plan and the service she received here at SLCAF Thank you, [redacted] President SLCAF

My experience with Student Loan Consolidation and Forgiveness was, to say the least, fantastic. They saved me 160 a month on a standard 10 year plan. I no longer have to pay 3 separate payments on my loans. I will now have my loans paid off in three years. I was able to also use my smart phone to sign the documentation which was very easy and convenient. I highly recommend their services to anyone with multiple student loans.

I spoke to this client personally on 11/18/2014. The client agrees there was a communication error on when her loans came out of forbearance and the date she was supposed to start making her new Income Based payment. She did tell me she called and left 2 messages but no one returned her call. I am...

researching what department received those voice mails and why her calls were not returned. Her consolidation was started on 07/11/2014 and was completed 08/29/2014. We emailed the client 5 times over this time period with status updates on her consolidation. At the time we first spoke to this client her monthly student loan payments were $564 a month and she couldn't afford that payment. After her new Income Based plan was completed her new payment is $116 per month. This client is happy with her new repayment plan and the service she received here at SLCAF.

Unfortunately this client was given incorrect information by the Department of Education. We have found this to be the case with other clients that have called the DOE. Below is the link to the DOE website page that clearly states,
75, 76); line-height: 21.76[redacted]18px;">Under all three (Income-Driven Repayment Plans) any remaining loan balance is forgiven if your federal student loans are not fully repaid at the end of the repayment period.
This client was applying for the Income Contingent Repayment Plan with a 300 month term. Based on his current income he would have qualified for the plan. If his income and an other factors remained the same over the term of the loan the remaining balance would be forgiven.
The complaint states the DOE said he could have done the consolidation himself which is true but I am concerned that he would have not been enrolled in the best program if the DOE told him the program doesn't exist.
After client requested a refund in writing as our agreement clearly states the refund was immediately processed and was deposited by the client on 01/05/2015, the same day he made the complaint.

Hi Tarell,

I have sent you precisely ONE email, and then you proceed to spam me this 12 times.... It does not bother me that you want to spend this amount of time in sending emails of this length and this many times. We as a company and me as an individual will not contact you again. Please respect my time and job, and not send this again because I have better things to do than clicking delete on Tarell Calvin emails. Also, instead of IVE it should be typed I've because IVE is not an actual word, meanwhile, I've means I have in an abbreviated form. You are welcome.

I shouldnt have to go thru this and have to continuously spam this company because they wont leave me alone. This is my final attempt before I report this company and make the harassment public!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
This business needs to make repayment/consolidation process more clear.  As I did most of my communication with this company over the phone, they failed to mention several important components to the consolidation, instead putting them in very lengthy, wordy emails.  I am still receiving phone calls (automated) from this company that I need to take "Immediate action" on my account.  This company is hard to reach over the phone when an issue arises.  However, unless something shows up on my credit, I believe this issue has been resolved.
Regards,
